This app works well and has reduced our backoffice workload significantly and reduced order errors. Fantastic! I had a tricky issue trying to include delivery date and time details in Shopify's automatic order confirmation email. Tried googling for help with all sorts of remedy with no success. Perfect app. Just what I'm after. The team were very helpful over a zoom call to go through all of my settings to make sure everything was set up correctly as I had a couple of requests which I didn't know were possible. I'm able to set up different calendars for different products which has been an issue on a previous app. Full stars and can't wait to continue using the app. I've also used the live chat function for another issue and team once again have been very helpful and efficient! I recently added this app but wasn't exactly sure on how to tweak it to do what I needed. A zoom call was booked and Dhinakar was a great help, providing top notch tech support, and stayed on the call until all my questions were answered. We got the app set up exactly how I wanted it and it is a great addition to our online store. We were able to add a postcode checker to our cart, and it enables customers to choose what day/time they would like their order delivered. Would highly recommend this app!
