We had a minor setup wizard issue so we hopped on chat with the devs. They solved the issue super quickly and positioned our upsell widget exactly where we wanted it. A+ support!

So far so good! the support team even helped me with a meet call, they are very kind and know what they do.

So far the app is working great and the customer service is very responsive! The app is very flexible and easy to use.

The free upsell option is brilliant. Can freely customise the look and feel and have the option of adding more than one product within the same box.

Works well, it was very easy installed and the support helped us to solve some design changes and speed issues.

Perfect upsell app that had the exact features and style I was looking for. When I had a question, their live chat support got back to me in less than a minute! Very impressive.

The support team was absolutely incredible at accommodating my requests in a thorough manner with extremely quick turnaround. This app has helped me up sell delivery bags for my food product. I recently needed help adding an image to the app. Rasheem helped me over the weekend and helped make the image I wanted to use look great.

I've run several different campaigns with this app, and am now using it to alert shoppers to a shipping option for combining multiple orders for shipping (using a "free" product and shipping options by weight), with the requirement of them adding a specific item to their cart. I had also updated my Shopify Theme since the last time I'd used the app, and needed help getting the upsell box where I needed it in checkout. Lasandra helped me get it set up and working quickly! Highly recommend this app!

UPDATE 10/26/21: Had to change from 4 to 1 star. The bug we reported earlier was not totally resolved and our upsell offers display as a glitched mess 50%-70% of the time in our customer carts. We've now been working to have this resolved for two months with no fix in sight. Every week support asks me to see if the problem has been fixed, and every week I spend 5-10 minutes testing and then reporting that nothing has changed. At this point I don't believe they are updating code, but rather just pushing a "refresh button" within the app that is supposed to resolve this seemingly common glitch. I do know our friends who referred us to this app run into this bug periodically, but have had less issues resolving it. This is not helping sales, but quite the contrary. If it isn't solved within the week, we're going to look for another solution. INITIAL REVIEW: This app is still fairly new to our shop, but overall we're happy with it. We had a bug with our cart, but customer support was all over it and worked to resolve it quickly. If we can see that the app is doing a solid job increasing our average order value we'll update to 5-stars.

The app is great. However the reason for the review is the SPECTACULAR customer service response times. Honestly if all companies offered customer service at this level we would be one step closer to world peace. Shout out to Rasheem and Kevin!

This app solved a big problem for me. The best is the feature which says "The offer must be accepted in order to continue"! I couldn't find this anywhere else! even Shopify support didn't know about it! in fact NO ONE seems to have a 'Mandatory Product' feature like this, well done and thank you! Also I got instant chat support for set up on a Saturday. Got it working in a few minutes. Awesome service!!!!
