It is a great app to start with. I can see how much our store revenue grew after adding this app. It is very easy to use as well, I don't have much computer knowledge or creativity but the app is super easy to use and you can great different rules for different products. that's amazing. secondly, they have a really fast response team, I have been talking to Rasheem from their team in the last few days, very patient and fast response. this is what you need as an online store owner. Time means money and their response time is super quick and solve the problem straight away.

I had problems with the configuration, but Kevin from support helped me a lot. Great app and great support.

This is a brilliant App but the support is even better, never come across a provider that literally jumped on a call with me and not just solved my problem but built me a code and guided me on how to improve my shop front. I love these guys..... Ask for Rasheem from Jamaica - Absolute supper star.

Excellent customer support! We received almost immediate help after upgrading to the new Dawn theme and discovering things didn't work quite like before. Everything is working great now. Also appreciate the customizability — we were able to seamlessly match our site's look and feel.

Does exactly what we wanted to do - if you want to give consumers the opportunity to add a related item directly in-cart, then this is the app! And as significantly, the support is very responsive - Kevin showed me how to adjust some of the details myself which I didn't realise could be done easily in-app.

The app developers are so friendly and responsive. They helped customize the design of the upsell for me even further and walked me through getting it to function how I wanted on site.

Unresponsive support. Emailed a few times, and just stopped hearing back despite repeated follow ups. I cannot trust an app in my store that has unresponsive support, and I don't recommend anyone else does either.

Not good app. when i want to remove it and asked for help from developer to remove code from my theme, he said manage it yourself. i cleraly informed i am not a developer while downloading the app - at that time you said you will help but now wont since the app is not working for me.

So far it's great. The customer service has been incredible. Honestly the main reason for my 5 star review. Kevin was able to quickly and expertly customize the style to match our websites theme. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and guided me through setting up my first campaign. I love the simplicity and flexibility of the app. It has only been a few days, but I anticipate this app will be a huge asset to our site.
