Been using this app for quite a while now and it did help us to convert good sales. Customer Service is prompt and knowledgeable.

The team is really nice, reactive and seems to be working hard. However, we sadly still keep getting the same months-old bugs and problems over and over again, with customers complaining regularly and/or (worse!) even aborting their purchase because of trust issues and visual confusion, e.g. overlapping cart elements etc. Moreover, it's not possible to define rule priorities or more complex triggers (e.g. combining AND/OR conditions), which is a must if you want to give your customers meaningful cross-sell recommendations.

Just installed the app and it was so simple . I have in place an offer on my cart page so hoping to get some increase in average order value. I messaged support about a very minor issue and had a reply from them within minutes. Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! I cannot say anything about the performance yet but the customization features of the app are very nice and the integration is fairly easy. We had some troubles setting everything up but Rasheem really tried to help us throughout this process.

Amazing customer service which helped at a critical time for us to get this going before our Cyber Monday sale went live! We started setting this up only couple hours before our promotion was planned to go live on a Sunday night and didn't expect anyone to be available or get back to us to get this done on time. Wish I found this app earlier! Would recommend if you're looking for an upsell app (we use it for the cart) where you can set up certain rules, so upsells match the variant people have selected. The service is GREAT and quick - they helped me out so fast with styling it the way I wanted it precisely. Thanks!

Great app. Easy to setup, does what we want it to, and their customer support is incredibly helpful. Can't recommend it enough!

App configuration is very user friendly. Customer services is great, will answer any questions and give all the solutions.

Great help given at the start to get the cart offer positioned correctly in our store theme. We wanted to show a clear offer in the cart that wouldn't then be further discounted by any loyalty codes. Easy to change promotions and publish them. You can control too whether you want a customer to choose more than one, whether they can close the offer and if they can visit the original product. We have sold from the cart offer so it works.

Great app for adding offers to the cart page. Definitely recommend for anyone trying to upsell. You can also customize colors and text!
