Amazing support, when I encountered issues they have solved in a quick way. So far the app is working fine, but I still have a long way to test all the options. I recommend this team and app :-)

I hired an expert to install this app for our store. We needed a drop down box on our product page. I like it for the most part, however, some customizations I need are not possible due to the way the app is programmed. I must say that support is very attentive and they do their best to help with all questions. I do recommend having an expert install the app for you if you are not confident in dong so yourself. It is a little confusing.

Very helpful support installing this on our website, also helping it match our theme and branding. Very pleased & love the swatch function!

I wish I could rate this a 4.95, but I can't so I rounded up and gave it a 5. This app does everything I want it to do except one thing, and that's restrict size options based on the product selection. I sell custom soft plastic fishing lures and would like to have one option set for all custom orders but that's not quite possible just yet. It does everything else I could ask for and custom options can incur additional costs by clicking a check box and typing in the price. Easy peasy. Setting up the options themselves is pretty self explanatory even to an old guy like me. When I contacted support about the one issue I couldn't resolve, they were friendly, polite and eager to help. They couldn't resolve the one issue, this app just doesn't have that feature. No worries, I ended up working around the issue. Overall I am very happy with not only the app itself but also the support I received.

Had some issues during the setup process where my listings wouldn't sync, but with admin access, they were able to correct the problems at no charge!! I am now very excited to finish setting up my online store and launch soon. - there are still issues with syncing, but they are currently working on a resolution. Once fixed, I'll update my star rating.

Excellent customer service. Friendly and always resolves any issues. I had used another options app for several years and it was a huge nightmare. This app is such a breath of fresh air for my business.

Love the app! It was difficult to install on our theme but we contacted support and they helped us out. Now it's much easier to add options to our products. Highly recommend!

This app is exactly what I needed to give my users all the options for my website. I had to spend a bit of time getting it set up and using all my styles but it's also FREE with no bs monthly fees! Also, can I just say how amazing their customer service is? The couple of times I had issues, the team had them resolved in 48h. Can not say enough good things. Thank you for a great app.

This app is awesome when you need to offer lots of options. It's fairly straight-forward, easy to use, and works great. The support team is really awesome too! This is a great app but their team is greater, they have exceptional customer support and I'm don't even a paid customer!

So far it has been fairly simple to learn and use! The directions are easy to understand, and straightforward.

All works perfectly. Switched from a paid alternative to this one and was up and running in no time. I had a slight issue with the image uploader option and it not updating the price of extra options added, but I contacted them and they fixed it within a week. I would like to see character limits implemented into it though

Hulkcode have an excellent customer service team. Helped with the installation and setup expeditiously. Useful app and very easy to use. Highly recommend this to all Shopify businesses.

I own a online skin care company and most of our products are FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE! This app came in handy to add in all our necessary ingredients that we need in order to run right. We had a few other options apps and they weren't that great. This app is also FREEE! The staff is generous and responds quickly to my emails. They helped me install the code onto my theme because I failed and messed up my website .. whoops. But they quickly responded and fixed everything! I definitely recommend!

This was a game changer! Our products require multiple options/variants and being able to create as many options as we need and individualize is so nice! Love the price adjustment too... not all apps do that! It looks professional and easy to use. The service team is helpful, professional and quick. Highly recommend!

The app 's useful and our theme can't integrate with this app and just send the request to HulkCode App for supporting. And the team are very enthusiastic and fixed these problem quickly. The best app ever.

The install process was a bit difficult for me but support dove right in and got it up and running beautifully for my custom book covers. Hulk support is probably the best that I have come across in Shopify apps. I even purchased one of their themes that will be getting some work.
