Support has always been responsive with my support tickets. But there has never been a good working solution to my issues. For example, if using their app and I have a variant upcharge added, it's not compatible with Shopify discounts. Like how is that even possible. So they coded for me and gave me a new discount box. Ok cool. But then when they do that, something else doesn't work. I liked the price point of $8 but I'd rather pay more for a functioning app then pay lower and it not work.

I love this app! I just downloaded it because I needed to add a custom field to my website. This app made it very simple. I'm sure I will find more great features as I continue to use it! Thank you sooo much.

Fantastic! I needed to0 add options to change the price , and didn't want to use variations as it would take to long every time to alter the option or price. This this is one of the few apps that lets you alter the price on options.Support helped me when I changed my theme to reinstall it. Do note you must press "sync products" to get the option to show up. Thank you so much for the fab app!

Great App!!! I cannot say enough good things about it. We rely heavily on it at this point. High Recommended if you need to add custom options to your products. Install was very simple and worked well with the Shoptimized Theme that we use on our site.

Excellent technical support team. We had some issues with the product option dropdown field, and it was resolved in less than 12 hours.

Great app! I'm using it for option set checkboxes. It took me a bit of work to figure it out, but the support is top-notch!

I used this app to help us to upload image swatches for our sunglasses. Integration was good but the support is lame. Their app was interfering with another app I need for my store and instead of offering to help they simply said "sorry our app doesn't work with other option apps." I pay them monthly and this is the help they gave me. Pretty sad if you ask me for an issue that could be easily fixed with a little help. I really wanted to use this app, but I think i'll have to switch to another option app since I can't launch my store now.

I used this app to customize my products and facilitate clients being able to upload text, upload multiple files and provide special instructions before fulfillment. I was able to install the app without issue and began using it right away. The interface was intuitive however I did need to read a few help pages as there were more options than I had anticipated. A note on customer service: The support team was epic! I described my issue and received a response right away. The issue was resolved by a developer/tech in less than 24 hours. I have one minor issue that needs attention but I'm confident they will resolve that too given my experience thus far. Good Job Hulk Team!

So far so good, read through the help and was able to implement what i needed within a short time. So quick and easy

I Found the implementation and customisation of this app a little confusing. However the support team have worked tirelessly and extremely patiently with me to customise the App to my exact requirements. I cannot speak too highly of their support and I highly recommend this App to anyone requiring multiple product variations and options

This great app has helped me offer options I could not have done on the past. Easy to Use even for me :-) customer support is fantastic and quick. I installed this app to create custom stamps for my customers and I have to say that i'm impress for a free app. I had a small issue with the installation, but it was resolved under 3 hours by the AWESOME team at HulkApps. Thanks :)

Installed the app but could not figure out how to utilize it. I called Shopify asking for help then they referred me to the Hulk Apps phone number hotline which did not work, ended up removing the app and switching to custom product options by Bulk Apps. They walked me through the process and set up my variants.

We love the functions offered by the app, but the customer service and technical support is where the app shines. Whenever there's an issue, it's so easy to get a hold of HulkCode team. They're always able to provide a solution, and their turnaround time is great.

AVOID THIS APP! I installed this app but was having problems getting it to work. I reached out to support who promptly got it to work. However, it interfered with another app which was critical to my business and as a result messed up a bunch of orders. I desperately tried to reach support for help. They sent one useless email to me and then ghosted me. Despite many messages, I could not get a response from support. Terrible service, terrible app. Avoid at all cost.

I love this app, and the support is wonderful. I used their expert install and even had them make a few customizations. They have a quick response time and the app is the best in terms of cost and capability compared to the other Custom and Infinite Product Options apps available.
