These guys really helped me out today. I didn't set up my website originally and are really Website illiterate and had no idea what I was doing. But with their assistance I worked out what to do and how to fix my stuff up!! It might come easy for some but definitely not for me so I really appreciate your assistance today.

The app functionality works seamlessly, and the support team has been incredibly helpful whenever I needed assistance. It’s made managing our product options on Shopify much easier, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient solution.

The application is quite impressive; however, the prompt availability of assistance, usually within just a few minutes, greatly increases the overall value of this application.

For months (including the holiday season), this app has caused a hiccup in customers being able to add my products to cart. As an online retailer, that is detrimental to my business. On COUNTLESS occasions I reached out to customer support with absolutely 0 help. Uninstalling and very disappointed.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a drop down menu and was able to receive help and have issue corrected within 10 minutes. Highly recommend!!!

This app has been amazing so far. I have been using it for about 6 months or so and it has changed my online store completely! Plus the customer service is fantastic, in my opinion. They are responsive and provide a step by step resolution.

They take too long to respond and fix things

its confusing, but with some time it works well, and the support is fast & reliable, and friendly, even at 2am.
