Great app! I wasn't sure how to use it initially but I scheduled a call with their support rep Eldin Pribisic who was extremely helpful. He offered other app solutions that would replace many of the other apps I was using. Big help! Outstanding support

We cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional service provided by HulkApps, particularly the outstanding support from Nitesh. Our Shopify store recently encountered a significant issue with broken images on our server, totaling around 200 crucial visuals for our products. This was undoubtedly a nightmare scenario for our business, impacting both our aesthetics and sales. He quickly identified the problem and went above and beyond to ensure that all images were reuploaded promptly and correctly. So thank you, Nitesh, and thank you, HulkApps, for going above and beyond to ensure our success.

Great app! Pricing is also reasonable. Whenever i have an issue i always reach out to the chat service. Every time they manage to solve my problem and go the extra way to help me. Especially ADNA and Harris you are a credit to the company :). Thank you!

Adna was a great help. I have had issues initially setting up the application but her responses were prompt and she has contacted the development team to fix the issue for me. Great customer service, and so far, looks like a great addon.

I had a query on this app and Nitesh was great and the problem was solved within 2 minutes. Great customer service I recommend this app.

App does not work with Automatic discounts in shopify, interferes with other products that have nothing to do with HULK custised options so if customers orders 5 products @ discounted rate and 1 has HULK customisation on it, all 5 get no discount at checkout. Customers unhappy, they don't return. Better not to use. App also can not be used with Discount codes without a workaround. I started with 4 of the apps from HULK as they have good support but the product lets them down badly. 1 Star!! Don't use if you are looking to do any type of discount n your website.

Loving this app for its flexibility and number of features. Takes a bit of time to set up as you want it but if you need things to be flexible, this App is great.

An absolutely horrendous experience. I’ve spent about a week talking to a dozen CS people only to eventually say that what I needed was not possible. I had multiple emails saying that my “issues” were fixed and when I went to test it was wrong, or they made it worse by doubling the price. An awful app with no instructions on how to set up and no online videos. Save your time and don’t download, it’s that bad. Also it does not work with shop pay. You cannot see ANY options your customers purchase!!!! Everything about this is terrible.

Amazing for my personalized products! I have been using HulkApps for four years now with seamlessness. Support is great! They are always there with any questions or concerns and go out of their way to personalize and fulfill my requests. I always leave them happy and well taken care of.

I created a new option to have an add on to my tshirt listing and when it added the box was black and well as the color of the text. Within 10 minutes it was able to get fixed. I did not know what to do so harris joined as a collaborator and fixed it for me while showing me exactly what he did and made sure it will save like that for all future options. He was very nice and very helpful.

Great Add On and Great customization options!

Absolutely shameless !!! They lost 4 years of data and ask me to find the pictures I uploaded 4 years ago in order to fix it. More than 600 options lost.

I installed the app to allow my customers to choose which products they want to bundle together for a lower price. This app cannot do this.

App is a must have - support team is quick and very professional , they supported me in every way possible

I submitted two tickets to help with issues with my website and Nitesh Shah from the app development team helped me out greatly and was so patient and ensured my website was how I wanted it! This application is a great addition to my website. I encourage anyone to try it out!
