We have used Hulk Product Options since out sites started. I am now taking overt The management and my first problem I needed to solve was addressed in lightening speed. Clear answers to an odd problem in a maybe an hour?!! I am really impressed!

I would like to thank Hulk Apps for giving me the time to understand if the product options is right for me. I had originally posted a positive review when I started using this app in 2021, but things have changed. I am now completely dissatisfied with this app and company. I have been using this app in conjunction with another app offered by this developer. A month ago, I installed the latest update of the other app, called Volume Boost. Yesterday I discovered that this Bulk Product Options app was not working correctly and my customers were being undercharged for my products, causing me to lose money. The response I got when I asked for help, was that the new upgrade of VolumeBoost was not compatible with Bulk Product Options and I needed to revert back to the old version of VolumeBoost if I wanted things to operate correctly. I have been paying for both of these apps and I should expect them to be able to work together to help run my business efficiently. Instead I am told that I cannot use the latest version and I need to revert back and I have lost money and this has created headaches for me to deal with. This experience has also left me with distrust of this company all together and I will be seeking other options. I do not recommend this company or any of their apps.

Simply amazing for what I need which is a simple personalised engraving on my products as an upsell. I am not the most fantastic tech person, the 24 hour help was phenomenal and quick. I was able to ask questions and be guided to have this set up very quickly. It looks great and I was even able to set the options to match my store. Clean, simple, great support.

It's a useful addition to a Shopify store because it expands the number of options in each product listing. But an A+ would definitely have to go to their support team who are very responsive, helpful and help me find the solutions to integrating their extension with my Shopify store. This round, Iris was taking care of the lil glitches I encountered and solved almost all of the issues I was facing. Keep up the great work guys!
