This app is really perfect for all e-commerces who want to add customisable product for their customers . Easy to install and to set up custom options . I had a little issue with the cart showing total price after custom options added and Sanjay ( he is the best ) save my night by resolving the issue . Hulk product options gives us a lot of flexibility as our store products require multiple options and they are very prompt when assistance is needed.

I added this app to my store months ago. I really love it. It allows me to maintain my inventory and still offer my customers options and customizations. Recently, I changed the "theme" I used for my store. When I did, customers could no longer see the app options. I reached out to customer service via the chat option and they fixed it in less than 5m. I couldn't be happier with this product.

I use this app for my buy-in and boutique group and it has been working amazing! I hit a problem with some code making my add to cart button nonfunctional so I reached out to support and they had it fixed in less than 3 hours! During a weekend!! Customer support was amazing! I will forever use this app!

I installed the app today and like most apps, a code did not load properly. I submitted a ticket and sent an email. I had the expectation not to receive help until Monday or Tuesday but to my surprise, I received help within 2 hours. It took no time and my store is back up and running. The tech support was awesome.

This app is fantastic! I am using it since a while now and it really helped adding extra functionalities to our store, with plenty of additional options and variants to the products; we're able to create complex bundles without using any other third party apps. The app is fantastic (probably not for the reasons you think) & the support is superb & totally warrants the monthly charge. Prior to installing this app, I never had considered how complicated managing product options would be. Due to this I underestimated how complex this process would be. However, this app is very well documented and very user friendly. The options are very well thought out & there is a lot of scope for users to greatly improve their store because of this. The plugin is tricky to install - this is worth noting. However after spending a couple of hours struggling I emailed support & to my surprise & delight, I was granted support within 2 hours. They took full ownership of my issue and within 8 hours had configured and installed the plugin. Brilliant customer care & I 100% recommend them.

Works great, has all the options we need and shows up in the cart and in our third party shipping solution. We had an issue with it not installing on our theme using the auto setup. Contact support who installed it for me within 30 minutes.

Eigentlich müsste es 20 Sterne geben, denn das Team dieser App ist einfach brilliant. Sie reagieren blitzschnell und brachten mir bei sehr vielen Customcode Angelegenheiten immer volle Offenheit und enorm hohe Komptenz entgegen. Ich bin begeistert vom Support. Disappointing! For the price you cannot add via product tag, doesn't work with ajax cart and buy now buttons. Can't duplicate option sets. Date picker is not a date picker it's a text field. Adding options and then option sets is a tedious task. Other apps that use this workflow allow you to add options when creating option sets. Positive was the support was helpful and fast.

I am consistently pleased with the support the Hulk team is able to offer. On top of an easy configuration process and beautiful frontend UI, the Product Options app has been one that I'd recommend time and time again. I'm really happy with the app, the Hulk team and the amount of sales this app has brought me!

UPDATED REVIEW: Okay I tried at least 4 different product option apps for about 3 months each and I would highly suggest you save your time, energy, product organization, email response times, and theme from suffering terrible codes by just getting this app. I've been on Shopify for 4 years and this is the best app. PROS: - option groups to avoid having to duplicate options - import and export - helpful customer service - easy to use - price add-on with lower tier plan -14 day trial Cons: - an updated UI would be nice - used to be super affordable, price is a bit high Original Review: I absolutely love this app for free options but the price variant only works with checkout not buy now buttons. Other than that it works perfectly! Support is also very fast and helpful.
