Ujwal has been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with my inquiries. I needed assistance with custom CSS for formatting, and they promptly helped me not just once, but twice within a short span. I highly recommend their expertise and support!

Unfortunately, I've had a couple of issues - and now you need the middle package to do the few basic things I need from this app. Which effectively, doubles what I was budgeting for. Will be looking elsewhere.

2023 Update. Continue to be impressed with the speed of support and the continuous updates to the software. 1000% would recommend. Original Review: This is a great app, easy to use and understand. Allows for much customization of the options. Love that you can have Swatch/Pattern selection. They are constantly updating the options and functions available. Staff was very helpful getting it installed. Quick and Responsive! They are also friendly, quick, and the chat option within the app works great!

Goede apps en goede klantenservice, fijn ervaring! Heb hiervoor andere apps geprobeerd, maar bij Hulk is het erg fijn dat ze een livechat hebben als er wat is. Meteen reactie en goede mensen bij de klantenservice.

The options were easy to install and setup. It has boosted sales and made choosing options easier for customers.

Great App for custimisation products and wonderful help support. I can highly reccommend using this App.

1. pricey. they stared with basic package for FREE! (completely 0) now they increase basic to USD 10. 2. add-on products (that have charges) will cost your customer NOT BEING ABLE TO ENTER DISCOUNT CODE. I think they know that they are FULLY AWARE OF THIS FEATURE is just that they NEVER FIX THIS UP because they want you to get another app (bold product option) that cost you for USD 50, only for you to be able to charge while still be able to add discount code. 3. Customer Service is blatantly slow. too generalising problems. still there are QUITE A FEW similar apps that is FREE. PLS DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The chat support answers promptly and to the point. I hope that the app will work properly and without problems as I'm planning to open my shop soon.
