This is a great form builder. I like the dependencies and features that they offer. This form embeds well on our website and doesn't cause any issues with google/SEO. That being said, there is one thing that I would really like to be made possible, hopefully ASAP. The email notifications for the form submissions come in a HUGE chain that seems to reset maybe twice a day (if that). Since we use Hulk for our contact form, there's anywhere from 3 to 40 forms in a single email chain. All different customers with different needs. This makes it very difficult to organize, forward and respond to inquiries - and VERY easy to miss contact forms. We do use one other form service for our website, Monday.com. Many of our forms are hosted on Monday.com, but there are issues with Monday.com forms messing with google/SEO so we use Hulk for any forms that NEED to be embedded on our website.

Terrible app, so laggy and inaccurate data! Once I chose a form it started to be so laggy and I couldn't access the customer submissions. Also, I paid extra fees to get my data through integrated Google sheet, it's delayed for days to be synced. I started to search for an alternative already.

Very fast attention, easy to communicate in several languages and very effective and good problem solving, very kind on the part of the agents attending, in terms of the application, very easy to understand, good customization options for forms,with many options! Definitely one of the best options I've tried.

Very capable Form Builder app. Easily the most flexible and powerful form builder in the Shopify App store. Free level is good but very limited in features. My only complaint is that we signed up for Pro level - and even at that level there are some email design features that they block out unless you go to the very top level. That is in my opinion very unfair and a trap for young players.

This app is absolute amazing and it has really helped me, creating a form was very easy, and the design turned out perfect!

This form builder was just what we needed, and was beyond what we expected. It is akin to advanced builders (e.g., Drupal's Webform Module), and has a very well designed interface. We breezed right through setting up our first form. For us, this app is worth the monthly subscription.

App is super simple to use. I had a little hiccup getting the form to show properly but the rep Sanjay was super helpful!. I got disconnected from our chat midway thru and had to start a new chat, Deepa was able to get me transferred back to Sanjay just in time for him to fix the issue.
