We have been using this app on the PRO plan for a while now and everything has worked well. Had a couple random questions and the service was super fast and helpful.

Good app and good support!

Hulk Form Builder is the best form-building app I've been able to find after trying several others. Its straight to the point, not like other. It gives you many fields you would typically need to create a form, Its easy to customize and work with.

Really vary good app for form. Highly recommended.

Customer Service has been quick to respond and assist with anything I've needed. The forms are easy to put together and look great on my store.

We are using the app for a day, and so far looks all great. Also, Saro from the customer support was amazing with helping us with any question and challenges that we had. And very quick response. We're looking for a easy way to start the wholesale and this work really well for us. Thanks Saro!

5 stars all go to their support team! They were lightning-fast and incredibly helpful during the setup process. The moment I hit a configuration roadblock, I contacted their support, and they responded almost immediately. The video they gave was not that detailed without subtitles or even text guidance, but they were willing to guide me step by step and eventually got things done.

Great service overall so far. Had some issues at the beginning but customer support replied fast and were very helpful!

Hulk apps are the best apps on the app store, they are the simplest to use and are feature packed. They look amazing on our store too. Thanks again, oh i forgot to mention support they are always there within minutes when needed. Thanks again.

I have been using this app for a while and am very pleased with it. I had trouble with replacing an existing form on my site with a new hulk form, and Eldin with tech support quickly helped me and went above and beyond to ensure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Highly recommend!
