Good, simple app. Easy to set up and manage. I had a question about getting notifications anytime a form is submitted so I reached out to support through the live chat and got a clear answer with screenshotted instructions in less than 3 minutes.

I needed additional help with duplicating a form and the rep Vatsal was super helpful. The customer service on HulkApps is actually top notch. Keep it up.
