This app initially looked like it will fit the requirements we needed. There support is fast on live chat, however the reason I gave it a one star is that there support were not able to offer any customisation other than what you can edit in the admin panel. I was told there is a CSS and JS box to add custom details, however if you do not know CSS and JS this is pointless. I was also told that they manage over 10,000 stores and that they couldn't offer customisation on every store. Its a shame because all the good reviews on the app say that Lynda did a great job setting everything up and customising the app for there stores. This was not the case for us. I needed a couple of custom features on the pop up and I was told that the majority of them are not possible. So this was not a good fit for us this time around, however maybe a good fit for your site.

Lynda is the GOAT. She customized my Cross Sell page perfectly. She even did it for free. I'm excited to see how it helps my sales.

Lynda created a design that blends with my store's look. And, she redesigned it in less than 24 hours. Amazing service!!

I tried several upsell apps and Honeycomb was by far the easiest. A few clicks and I was upselling within 10 minutes. I had a couple questions and Jonathan responded right away, even though it was late in his timezone. Highly recommend.

Great App! Set up 2 funnels for now and both have generated sales. Easy to use. Support set up the design for free and very quickly.

This is the only app that has been able to help me offer discounted products to my customers who spend over a certain amount, while still keeping those discounted products hidden to the rest of the website and customers who are browsing. THANK YOU

I was a little hesitant at first because upsell apps usually look a tad spammy, however I'm so pleasantly surprised. I received an email with an offer to design the app to match my store brand free of charge. Lynda from Honeycomb did a great job and the pop up looks like part of my store. Works great! Would recommend.
