I had a slight issue getting my funnels to activate and as soon as I contacted customer support my issue was resolved! Abuzar was extremely helpful in finding a work around for my issue. I highly recommend this app!

I am very excited to start my business you honeycomb. I have the free plan right now but plan to expand and grow with the Honeycomb Upsell & Cross Sell. Abuzar was excellent and he helped me to see a small item I had omitted when adding to my Shopify store.

Great app and great support! Always there to answer my question and fast! Abuzar was the person i have asked some questions and he was always quick and clear about what i needed to know.

Got a lot of help from Jonathan, he helped me with putting HTLM code inside the offer description and also with an offer that was not showing on my end. Very responsive customer support!

Absolutely HORRIBLE app. DO NOT TRUST the majority of these reviews as they are 100% paid. - The support for this app is TERRIBLE. I spoke with Abuzar today and he is one of the worst reps I think I've spoken to with regards to Shopify Apps. He simply copied and pasted an article which didn't help, made a few statements, and then just disappeared. Incredibly incompetent. - I couldn't even get the app to work with my store and I tried everything. They also have a looooong list of apps (most of them I'm sure you are using) that don't work with Honeycomb, which typically means it's not coded very well. I would recommend Zipify OCO over of this app. They have MUCH better support and an app that actually works.

Is one of the most best app, in term of upselling, sales, and boosting the store sales and driving of visitors

the team at honeycomb worked tirelessly to get the app up and running for me again after i changed themes. they were so responsive and within hours everything was up and running again

I love the app, but I didn't realize I was paying $100 more for the app than I should have been paying based on the volume of sales we have been doing. That part is frustrating, so it would have been nice if the company had reached out to let me know. However, when I figured it out on my own, the customer service rep was very helpful in showing me how to downgrade.

I love this app. It is exactly what I was looking for to help boost sales. I downloaded the app and it was easy to navigate as it took me step by step in accepting my first funnel. They suggested my first funnel based off the products in my store. I agreed with their first suggestion and then added a second of my own. No stress with this app thus far for a beginner like myself. Looking forward to using it fully as customers make purchases and my business grows.

Free plan works fine! The other plans are a bit pricy. But I guess you get what you pay for :) Plus: many of the biggest sites uses popups like these!

Customer service is STELLAR! I had a problem with my funnels not showing. Within minutes I had a response of what to do. And when I struggled a bit with it, I received a Loom video that walked me through it, allowing the customer service rep to make immediate changes at their end. Highly recommend - and this is just on the free plan!

this app is found helpful for me. But now I am using free version but after examining further, I will really buy paid version of it.
