The best customer support! super helpful and very dedicated to create for features to cater to my needs thrilled with my experience with the app so far

The CS team provided timely and politely customer service even though problem is not resolved re: some restriction posted by Shopify. I would still recommend this apps and hopefully what I invested (I paid for annual plan) would cover those transaction fees that the business would have to pay without the help of this apps.

Good plugin, easy to use and great customer service

This is an exceptional app which has recently undergone big improvements to its interface which makes it very easy to follow and implement payment rules. Highly recommend using it once migrated to extensibility checkout on shopify. I have to specifically mention Fabio who is a credit to the company and showed a very deep understanding of the app and shopify overall. He was more than happy to jump on a call immediately after my initial live chat enquiry. You don't get this level of service from the majority of apps in shopify. This is what separate the average apps from the best apps.

Very good experience with customer care, the app is very good for shop that have many payments method. It's easy to use and very useful!

Broke my checkout and lost money due to it. Support was helpful to fix it in the beginning, but stopped responding for a week now. I had to pause all rules and there still is no fix to this date.

No matter how small the problem was, he responded immediately and told me how to resolve it. Thanks to you, I was able to solve the problem.
