App is not working as expected. Support only available through "in-shopify-mail" (no reply so far). By coincidence I messaged their support software because it is linked on the bottom of their app (why would you link them?). Hi, we really apologize if you are not getting the most from HidePay. We sent you the instructions for the correct configuration by email, so you can correct your rule and achieve what you are looking for. The support is available through email and by in app chat during working days. Amazing App for Payment Control! Hidepay is a game-changer! I use it to hide Klarna for orders with longer fulfillment times and for high-ticket items where I want to avoid paying 4-5% commission to certain payment providers. The app works flawlessly and has saved me a lot of hassle and fees. The customer support is absolutely incredible! I had trouble setting it up initially, but their team stepped in and resolved everything within minutes. And the best part? All of this for the cost of a cup of coffee per month!
