I have added this APP for years, today I found the APP content all can not collapse or rolled up. This problem has appeared two times. Then the after-sale service is great. The problem has been solved quickly. So I give 5 stars again.

The tech support fixed a new issue with languages super quickly, really on the spot. Also the Customer service responded very fast.

Extremely beautiful FAQ page. Andrius was super fast in response. We got reply within 1 min after sending an enquiry. A while later, the bug was resolved right away. The team is very professional and skillful. You will surely get prompt and professional tailor support from them.

The app works great and the development team seems quite responsive and continuously improving and adding new features. I look forward to continuing using this HelpCenter app for our knowledge base, FAQ, Contact form, and live chat support. (Some new tools like chat have missing translation fields but support mentioned they will add the ability to translate those missing fields)

I have used this app for the FAQs for nearly 18 months which was great for our website, easy to install, configure and maintain. I then started to use Tabs on our product pages, this also was very easy to set up and use and is great for saving time when editing the same content on multiple products in addition to keeping maximum information in a smaller more manageable style. Very happy with the support I received when I encountered a few difficulties.

It's easy to use and intuitive. Free feature is all that we need at this moment and we're glad we have an option to upgrade when needed.

I had an installation issue and contacted the HelpCenter support team. From the moment the Trouble Ticket was submitted - to having the problem fixed (backend Shopify login was required)... was just 20 min TOPS! And all of this magic happened at 2:00am PST. I'm pleasantly surprised at the level of support! A+
