These guys are amazing. The app itself is fantastic - I looked around forever for a wishlist that worked well with my store and had all the features when I stumbled onto this app. It provides the best wishlist features I've seen AND lots of others. The social login feature is great, as well as the sharing. I look forward to using the other features (such as reviews) once the site gets going further. However, the best part so far has been their customer service - it's spot on. I worked with Kalys for over an hour on their support chat to make the app work perfectly on my website. I then spoke with the CEO, Eldar, over e-mail a number of times for various help and support. They were both professional, quick to respond, and 100% successful in helping me every step of the way. Thanks guys, sincerely.

I was skeptical but the features are nicer than the other apps and the social login is great. took a bit to set up but the support was GREAT! ity like the did everything and didnt push to sell me more or anything just made sure everything was tweaked and going well. NICE PEOPLE and great product

Before socialshopwave, I was trying to install YOTPO but the installation did not go through. I contacted their support team and they did not respond for one week. So, I threw them out, started looking for a good review app and came across socialshopwave. Social shopwave has fantastic features. Besides reviews, I have been wanting to use Instagram galleries which they have. I am intrigued by their community feed. It provides proof that visitors are purchasing. Then today itself, a visitor emailed me asking me to notify him when one of our products becomes available. That is exactly what their wishlist and automated email feature can do. It is super to have all the features in one place. Last but not the least, when I was checking out their website, I started talking to Kalys from customer support. He answered all my questions and took lot of time to satisfy me. After my disastrous experience with YOTPO, I loved talking to Kalys. Eldar and team also were very quick on integration. Social shop wave's customer support is top notch.

This app works amazingly! It does everything i want it to and more ... Love all the features combined in one app that requires you to go out and buy separately. The support staff is amazing with great support. They will fix any issue you may have and you dont even need to give them access to do it. Someone, they can just modify and add the changes you need. Highly recommended.

I hired SocialShopWave for a custom OAuth app which they were able to setup in good speed and at a great price. It has been seeing a lot of traffic and functions well. The support hours don't overlap conveniently for Pacific Time businesses but when they're on they are active problem solvers. Capable engineers all around, and friendly service.

Before installing this app, I had to use many apps for some features like wishlists, reviews and social login. But SocialShopWave has all the features I need for my website. And this team is always trying to add new features and new updates.I recommend the app. Especially I highly recommend the app, if you need all the features.

We've been using for the trial period mainly being interested in social login, wish list, comments. The full app has a lot of features and we just tested some of them. All worked beautiful and the support was great. We needed some customisation and advices which we got in a very efficient way. We are now working to see how the board wishlists are working. So we continue to count on their support. I highly recommend this app with fast response getting new customers and keeping them in line with the shop news.

App does what it supposed to do. Everything that we needed for our store in one bundle. Before purchasing this app we were aiming to install social login, reviews app and wishlist app. Once we found this app, we saw that it has everything we have been looking for, and everything looks and works perfectly. Customer service and support is phenomenal, tech was able to configure and help us with everything. All we had to do is to click install button.

I have only begun using this app (properly!) but am really impressed with the all in one package that is offered + the real time chat of being able to speak with a real person and do real time work! They trouble shot a bunch of issues, made some terrific recommedations, and allowed me to make customizations! LOVE!

This is probably the most encompassing app I have ever seen! The guys who run this are great and are willing to help you get the most of the app. They have really great customer service. I highly recommend!
