We were initially looking for a solution to help our customers share feedback and reviews with us quickly and easily. This app has over delivered expectations - doubling the amount of reviews in just a few days. Customer support from Kalys was top notch and he adjusted various aspects of the apps to match our theme. Superb product & great customer service, recommend to all!

Great app and the team were very helpful in setting it up just how I wanted it. I'm quite fussy and wanted it to look seamless with my existing theme and they did a wonderful job tweaking it for me. I was hesitant as first but they managed to have it complete within the day.

I've just started using the App and am really happy with the ease of installation. But most importantly I LOVE the fact that customer service is fantastic, responsive and very helpful! Makes a huge difference and saves a lot of time. I asked for a small feature change and before I knew it I recieved an email from KALYS in customer support saying it was done! Thank you!

Very responsive! We had a hiccup at the beginning but they have more than made up for it.

Full featured app for handling many things to help with social marketing. Support is amazing! They have gone above and beyond in helping us integrate SocialShopWave with our new store so that it works just as intended. It's a little pricey for smaller stores on a budget, but if you use separate apps to achieve all of things things it can do you would be spending pretty close to the same.

Amazing service. Kayls had all of our issues resolved and concerns taken care of in less than 30 minutes. Beautiful integration, Just a really great experience. Highly recommended

Klays Is the best man! let alone how awesome this app is, their customer support is awesome! Don't think, install it Updated: I have couple issues about theme issues and install this app with correct designs. Kalys and their developers went wayyyyyy above and beyound for me, not only fixed everything but basically redesigned the theme for me. Both on desktop and mobile. All and all, I appreciate their help and recommend this app for everyone

This is amazing app and the support of staff is just a perfect. Personally I have been struggling with Yotpo with its high pricing so I needed some alternative to control my budget. SocialShopWave does almost all features that Yotpo does but reducing quite good amount of expense. Staff are very kind and passionate to support, response is a speed of lightening. You should try this, you won't regret. Thanks team!

This app is fantastic. Support is wonderful and responsive. The features are a must have for any shopify store. It seems that every month they improve the app and make it even better. I cannot imagine not having this app in my store.

I have used the $9/month plan on the SocialShopWave App on my website for about a month... thus far it has been great. I mainly use the App for the Wishlist and Reviews portions and the team at SocialShopWave did a great job of integrating those onto my website. In addition, they also provide coding experts that will work on your website for very fair rates. They are great at understanding specific coding concerns and addressing them directly. They know what they are doing! Really couldn't be happier with their service at the moment and am looking forward to learning more about the other aspects of their App. The trial is a good way to start if you are unsure about this App. And if you don't like something about the App while you are in the trial, just send them an email. You might be surprised how well they alter things to your liking!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, forget all other social apps, cart apps, email apps, login apps, coupon apps...this is the ONLY APP you need! This is the best application for connecting social media and so many other useful apps like cart abandonment and emails and coupons and pop ups and social login and social sharing and shop by instagram and so much more!! I went from having 7 different apps costing me hundreds a month to one app that does it all and WAYYYY more and much faster! Staff was so helpful in implementing their features! So fast to answer and so cordial! This app is necessary for all stores to be completely honest! Ive tried ALOT of apps, this is the best one by far!!
