Almost every month you can see there's something new in this app, and the whole interface is gradually improving. If you're considering using apps / plugins in your Shopify site, it is important to make sure you can get high-quality support from the developers. In our experience, we get the responses from Socialshopwave very quickly, and problems usually get fixed within days, even hours. Their customer service is really gorgeous, and can't be better. Without their timely support, it's nearly impossible for us to make futher customizations. We really appreciate and think of it as a pleasure to see the developers keep making this feature-rich app more and more robust :)

Best app on shopify, still in the midst of testing it but I am so excited to roll it out within the month. We are an fashion retailer and have a decent amount of data base and following on social media, this app perfectly compliments what we are doing. Very comprehensive and thoughtful app, paid for the highest plan and its the most value for money considering the range of apps, plug ins and feature you are getting (and as compared to getting a range of plug ins instead of this one). I am only using a fraction of the app available and I can't wait to explore more. The team behind SSW is amazing in helping me getting everything coding nicely, thanks Kalys for being so patient and helpful in setting everything out. The app is very powerful, worth the price. You can get almost all features in 1 app. One of the best function in the app we like is customer able to add photo review. And there is community feature for your customer to do discussion. Beside that, they are very supportive, reply very prompt, and mostly, not calculative! Not like other, will charge you every time you need help, even though it's small job and related to the app. Almost all job request can be done within a day! Keep up the good work!

Definitely worth the investment! the look and feel of the store looks great using it. was the only app to provide the Wishlist look and feel I wanted. the support is great, discovered that it has so much more features after I got the live support helping out. Update: Customer serviced reached out to resolve the issue promptly. Definitely worth trying these guys even if you don't understand it at first! These guys will tell you that the Instagram features are only $9 a month. However, when you upload it you actually have to pay $29.99 per month for the Instagram shop features. Just a heads up.

At first it was a bit confusing how to set up everything but the support they have is the BEST I have ever encountered. They are very responsive, and will help you with anything! You just need to be patient when they setup the apps to work with your template :) After that everything works great and makes the customer experience AWESOME!

Eldar is probably the fastest and best developer we have seen to date on the shopify apps platform. 1. Fast to reply, usually within hours 2. He is super helpful 3. Honest and great value SocialShop wave we installed in our several shopify stores and have no regrets. Pricing is reasonable, and it would pay for itself.
