The amount this app offers for free is amazing: the wishlist and social login features are well-thought out and tailored to your needs. I like the wishlist best of all because it integrates so well in my store. The customer support is amazing as well, really on of the highlights of this app. Other apps should take an example of this support team!

The team did a great job helping me with custom integrations. However, they tend to introduce bugs occasionally but were quick to fix them. The only issue I have with them is the slow response time due to the time difference. North American stores will have around 10 hours of time difference since the developers are from Asia.

Just installed this app a few days ago and it seems like it will add to conversions! There's a free plan and it allows for reviews, wishlists etc Customer service has also been great. Tattu has been really efficient!

Love this app, I'm paying for it and maybe its a tiny bit expensive since I don't have that many users using it but just to have it and how it integrates perfectly in the webbshop is just brilliant. And the support is great always friendly and very helpful! I definitely recommend this app!

I was skeptical at first that so many features could be baked into one app but Growave has consistently exceeded our expectations. Customer support from the app developer is always important to us and the Growave support team has always been super helpful. Definitely recommend.

This rating is on my experience with Growave. I had an issue with my wishlist not adding the items to the wishlist tab on my webpage. I submitted a case and within a day, the support rep fixed the issue. They are very nice and direct. It's always good practice as a customer to show your support team the respect and appreciation they deserve. My rep was happy to help. Thank you support team!

I love the Growave app! Tattu and her team are amazing! They always answer my emails in a timely fashion. And always check-in to see if I need anything. I love how hands-on they are. Editing and integration are easy to do. If a problem arises or you get stuck on something, it's fixed within 48hrs. I love it! Highly recommended.

Have used this app and everything went well. They have a good support and able to achieve my desired colour and look based on my theme. I tried to activate the review app but it affects some of the apps which makes it messy. I also thought of upgrading but when I check their plan the lowest is $199/month, I just uninstall it. Now I see $49/month but still a huge amount for a starter like me.

Quick summary about Growave – Highly polished product and trusted team. The functions are quick to load and small and we haven't encountered any problems or bugs with the Growave product. Absolutely amazing support from Growave. The support and tech teams are extremely courteous, responsive and helpful, and goes out of their way to help. The Growave teams follow up on each requests/questions/concerns, and they are genuinely passionate about their work and product.

This app is phenomenal and does exactly what I need it to. Every feature of the app looks clean and professional on my website. The app itself is just a great way to engage your customers more with your store and products and overall brand. On top of that, each of the apps are straightforward and easy to use which I like a lot. One of my favorite things about this app though is the customer service. I was in a very long and ongoing email thread with growave support regarding some minor problems I needed help me. Not only were they quick to respond, but the support team listened to what I had to say and made sure they fixed the issue and made sure I was happy with it. They're attentive and do a great job of taking care of their customers. The app works perfect, but it was the customer service that really made me appreciate the app more. Thank you again for all the help!

Excellent customer service. It has helped to consolidate our software stack, which has helped to streamline our marketing and outreach strategies.

Beware! These folks like to do their own app installs, which could be good or bad, depending. For us, it was not a good experience. If you do decide to get involved with these guys, make sure you backup your theme yourself before they start. They implement changes on live sites without backups and will write over customizations in place. If there are issues with the app, it is not possible to revert the changes. We found their developers to be sloppy and undisciplined. Many mistakes were made. They do keep in touch and are willing to re-do the work over and over and over again until they get it right. However, in our case, they never did get it right, and after some weeks, we lost patience and confidence in their company. UPDATE: Growave has asked us to remove this negative review several times. They accused us of being bad people ("A good person would not want to hurt another's business."). They claim they have corrected all the problems that we experienced. Maybe so. But we gave them many chances over many weeks, and mistakes were repeated and new mistakes made. You will have to decide for yourself.

Growave is a 5-Star level app, period. You get over 9 uniform apps to really synchronize your store into a full fledged data collecting machine. Their support is always willing to assist when you have a question, but you Must be patient on "when" you get a response..it doesn't come like "immediately" when you expect,but don't worry about that because they will take care of everything for you and then some. My site looks great with their features and they're more than willing to work with you regarding each one of their services and support you if you have Any problems regarding your account or otherwise. The price shouldn't frighten you, believe in your store and it'll take care of the price. You're actually saving a LOT of money using this app. At least three apps with the same features will easily run a $100 bucks so why spend that when you can have everything you need in one place?
