I've only been using this for 24 hours and I can already say three things: 1) the feature set is SPOT ON for what I need as a small business. Everything I need with no extra fluff. 2) As a former SaaS developer and product manager, I especially appreciate the UI/UX, as well as the open, integration-friendly architecture. 3) Support is TOP-NOTCH. Pros: 1. Very good concept, I consider it the best among the customer communication apps. It's convenient to manage all communications and manage orders from the same interface. 2. The interface is clean, easy to navigate and find useful information. 3. Reasonably priced, has a very good beginner's deal. 4. Support is excellent, had a pleasant conversation, and they do listen to customers. Cons: The reason I did not give 5 star is this app seems unfinished, still need a lot of improvement to deliver what it promised: 1. If your domain e-mail is not g-suite, you may have e-mail delivery issue for outgoing e-mails; I know there are ways to work around this, but it's complicated and not documented by Gorgias. 2. Does not work nicely with contact forms, not able to hide contact form system information from customers . 3. Does not yet have a desktop app to work efficiently for LiveChat support. Overall, keep an eye on it, once this app gets mature, it will worth the money.

Been using Gorgias for a few days now and it's fantastic. No more flipping from Messenger to email to order lookups to solve a customer problem - everything is neatly organized within the app. Also great support. I had a question about the app, 2 minutes later I was on a Google hangout with the support team walking me through the solution. Thank you!

If I were to give this a rating at the beginning of the trial it might have been lower stars but they were able to let us try it out for a little longer due to some glitches and learning curve. Being a startup app I can imagine the obstacles they faced. That being said they were very attentive and fixed problems fairly quick. They were understanding and patient in dealing with our agents get use to their product. Their Seamless integration allowed us to get into using the app fairly quickly. Romain walked us through the app and showed us the basic functions that we would use on a daily bases. He continued even till this day to be readily available to help us and answer questions. The app functionality is a great and tied all our customer service channels all in one place without any problem. The order lookup and merge is a great feature as well as on the spot account and order changes. Setting rules can be a little tricky but they are there to help and guide you through the process. If you have a little patience you can do a lot with the rules. There are endless possibilities to make automation customized for your needs. The price is great, you can't beat for what they offer I just hope they don't raise the price too much. Regardless probably still worth it. I highly recommend this app if you are trying to organize your customer service channels and prepare to scale your business. Keep up the great work guys, you truly care about your product and customers.

Incredible support & customer service. Turned out that I was looking for something geared towards mobile devices, but if you're looking for desktop / web app, Gorgias is the way to go... it wasn't for me, but the support alone warranted a 5-star review.

What a wonderful app. I was skeptical at first, but with the free 300 tickets I gave it a go. I was surprised at how easy it is to work. A elementary school kid could use this app its so easy. Its taken a whole lot off our table, by making these so easy. I would recommend giving this a go.

Frustrated. It looks good but it's grabbing the wrong Facebook page for some reason. One I haven't used in years. No other app has even tried to do that before when making a Facebook connection. ****** Update from initial review above. Downgraded from 4 stars to 1 star. This app is an unmitigated disaster. It pulled a facebook page that no other app ever has. It disconnected the gmail integration all on its own. They admitted they were having problems. Then I reconnected my gmail. Look what then happened. I use my gmail for customer support as a small merchant. It has imported 4000+ of my ordinary gmails (like private emails from friends and family) into the app, has labeled them all as customer support tickets, and has frozen the app and refuses to let me use it further until I put in a credit card and pay them $200.40. Seriously. And I started less than 48 hours ago! Look at this, copy and pasted from my billing area: Billing Gorgias' pricing is based on the number of tickets you respond to every month. We only count tickets that contain at least one message from an agent in your team. The first 300 tickets per month are on us. Then we charge $50/1000 tickets, and the cost per ticket goes down as the number of ticket increases. Learn more on our pricing page. Current usage03/08 - 04/08 4308 tickets $200.4 cost If you have any questions or if you want to unsubscribe, please contact us at support@gorgias.io. Payment method ACTIVATE BILLING WITH SHOPIFY Payments history No payments In short, if this isn't an outright scam, it's one of my worst experiences ever in the 1000+ Shopify apps I've installed and the hundreds I've reviewed. By the way, the whole pricing scheme is ridiculously expensive. You can get substantial Zendesk services for as little as a flat 2 dollars per month. Is this a bad joke? ******* The app created an infinite loop with my gmail account and has dumped about 10,000 emails into my gmail. I wish this was not true. I've uninstalled the app in the Shopify admin but they are still pile driving my gmail account into the ground.

Very nice app, Customer support is excellent for answering all questions, The handling of ticket weather it started from chat and then switched to sms was handled perfectly, I had no problems hooking up gmail, But I did choose not to import the exiting emails, Support is very open to feature requests.

After trying many apps for customer support we stuck on Gorgias, very simple, clean yet productive app. Gorgias customer support is awesome, they help to fix things wholeheartedly which shows real professionalism. Hopefully they will roll out new features soon. Good Luck!

I absolutely LOVE Gorgias. We used Zendesk for the first two years of our company and just felt like it was too clunky and not intuitive enough. After finding Gorgias, we've had smooth sailing and really couldn't ask for a better product. The best part? They're so responsive to feedback! If you want a feature added, simply let them know and it'll be added in no time (I've literally seen them add a feature within a day). They're great and I would very much recommend them.

I would just like to let you know that I tried literally EVERY helpdesk on the market - spending months and driving my admin crazy changing. I'm so glad to have found Gorgias which is cheap,simple, uncluttered and by far the BEST thing is the auto answers (macros) with auto Shopify editing. Love it and really suits our small budget (something the others promise but don't deliver)

At Sunski, we focus on delivering a personalized experience to our customers. We were initially using Zendesk, but had access to a limited amount of information about our customers. Gorgias gives us a full visibility on the customer profile, so we can personalize each response - no need to open up all our apps and new tabs. I also love the macros because they save me so much time. For example, If a customer's order is lost, then I just add my Macro that connects with Shopify and re-creates their order! No need to waste time in creating another order manually. The Gorgias team is also super helpful in seeing that any requests or suggestions I have about the app are evaluated and implemented. When we first started to use it, they even came to our office to help us set it up and become familiar with it. Definitely excited to keep working with them and know that they are always there to help!

We made the switch to Gorgias from LiveAgent a few months ago and it has been absolutely amazing! My reps no longer need to switch from system to system, taking away valuable time from responding to customers. Having customer information readily available on the sidebar in each ticket is insanely helpful and provides for extremely quick responses to our customers! We've expanding quite significantly from roughly 80 emails per day to about 800 per day quite literally overnight and Gorgias has been beyond helpful every step of the way!
