It's so frustrating... The pricing structure that they show on their own website is VERY misleading. By moving the sliding bar to tell them how much interactions you expect, it looks like you get 160 tickets a month for $10. This isn't the case. It took me to send customer support a screenshot for them to clarify that it's $10 for 50 tickets then $0.40 per additional ticket. Their justification on this was that the best option is to stay on the $10 a month then pay $44 as that's better than paying $60 a month on the next plan up! The next option is $60. We are off back to help crunch as we know where we are with billing! They pride themselves on transparency... Would be good if they started out being honest and transparent from the beginning!

After testing the app thoroughly, I have found that while there are some limitations, it's still a great app overall. I highly recommend it due to its intuitive and easy-to-use interface, as well as the great customer support Gorgias provides!

I must've played the customer experience roulette and lost. I have been trying to add phone service to my current subscription and had some questions about setup, but the level of support experience that I'm getting does not reflect the positive reviews here. Since when do you have to follow up to your own questions? I'm very disappointed. Edit: I had a feeling that this was an isolated case, but they reached out to me, and I was immediately put on the right track. I appreciate that Gorgias really pays attention to its customer base, and I'm happy with the results.

If you are a by the hour worker who never leaves their desktop computer then maybe its a decent app but if you are on the go and work virtually from your phone at times then it is the absolute worst, the app has a 1.7 star rating in the apple store's website. Good if you never use a tablet of phone, stay away from if you plan to use the mobile version. I complained about it multiple times and they did nothing, the app got worse when I upgraded my phone.

The team at Gorgias is incredibly transparent and open to feedback, as they tailor their strategic plan and developments around the needs of their clientele. Since we switched to Gorgias at the beginning of 2021, we've been through large changes in ticket volume and the size of our support team has varied. Gorgias has been a stable platform for us throughout those changes and the flexibility and functionality are a huge value add for us. If you are a scaling support team looking for a helpdesk that can do it all - and is run by a team focused on your needs and open to feedback - I cannot recommend Gorgias more!

Their phone app does not work - it is broken 5 different ways. We've been barking at them for 4 months. My CS employee has literally NEVER been notified of a customer on the site messaging us. They let us know it is just not a priority. Infuriating. We are looking for a new solution.

Despite trying for months, discussing back and forth with support, me and my partner never found a way to get notifications on our mobile devices to work. Also be advised, that you will regularly be logged off your mobile device resulting in you missing important live chats from customers. I don't recommend Gorgias - sorry.

I'm so happy to have chosen Gorgias to be our Customer Service app at the end of the day. Hit a few bumps with other apps and Gorgias came to the rescue. Incredible app that is developing at a good pace. They listen to their users and allow us to vote on certain features on the roadmap so they can understand their importance to us. Of course, the Shopify integration is the best out there as well.
