Google and youtube are amazing channels to reach people for a new small businesses. it is a blessings to have you . when you see data , it gives you tremedous confindence to move forward.

The app works well and is actually quite intuitive. It still requires some effort to learn but is a great piece of software.

I HAVE TRIED TO RUN ADD BUT ITS VERY DIFICULT TO USE AND CHARGES ARE VERY HIGH IM GOING TO DELETE IT BECAUSE THERE IS NO LIVE AGENT AVAILABLE I NEED MY REFUND ON URGENT BASIS PLEASE. Hi - Sorry you're having trouble running Ads. Our app doesn't allow you to run ads directly through the app screen, but it will connect to your Google Adwords account. Have you submitted a ticket on your AdWords account? If you click Get Help on https://adwords.google.com, you'll be able to contact our Ads support team; our Google & YouTube app team doesn't have access to your ads account or financials. Just for clarification, our app is totally free to use, so I am assuming you are taking issue with the charges on your Adwords account, not the Google & YouTube App.

Video doesn't work - you can add one product image, but the themes all require multiple images! Hi - I'm not sure if you're talking about adding product images via product sync, or using the Google Product Studio feature. You are able to add additional item images to your Shopify products and we will sync ALL of those images to Google as well. This is the Products > Media part of Shopify, and it gets sent to Google as Image and Additional Images. I wasn't able to find any tickets or support requests before this review, so I'd recommend you contact our support team with your issue since I wasn't able to figure out which aspect of the app wasn't working for you.

Amazing Experience & very valuable Features

In the Google & YouTube plugin, some previously generated and uploaded primary data sources in GMC (Google Merchant Center)—for example, the one with the country set to Australia, named “Shopify App API,” and with the Feed label “AUD_13723795709”—have recently shown a product count of zero (estimated to have occurred between August 22 and August 25, 2025). Meanwhile, the system has automatically generated and uploaded new similar primary data sources to GMC. Notably, the product count in the new data sources is exactly the same as the count in the original sources before they were reset to zero, and all historical product data has been preserved. This indicates that the products were in fact automatically migrated from the old data sources to the newly generated ones. Only some of the main data sources have this problem, while others do not. The main difference between the data sources lies in the target countries. The question is: Why does the plugin automatically generate new primary data sources?

Impossible to get any advice from Google support. They don't answer but only copy and paste their scripts. The nicest answer was that it was too complicated to help solving the problems in the Merchant Centre. Could not tell me WHAT misrepresentation caused the suspension due to privacy rules (???????)
