**Please read** I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help future customers. Google Merchant is a nightmare! Their approval process traps us in a relentless cycle of frustration. We fix "Misrepresentation" issues only to face repeated demands—domain accuracy, broken links, placeholders, mismatched product details, and incomplete site info. It's an enormous waste of time and resources, hindering our business growth. Despite being verified on Instagram with a blue check mark, Google still complicates our merchant account with endless hoops. Their process is inefficient and infuriating. We need real solutions, not perpetual problems. Avoid Google Merchant if you value your time and sanity! Hi, sorry you ran into some issues. I took a look at your Merchant Center account, and once your new products passed their initial review (which took 24 hours), it seems that you only had a few products that could not have their images processed; the rest of your items are all approved and serving. Our app is meant to connect to your merchant center account through a 1-click experience - this means we will connect to your Merchant Center, claim and verify your domain automatically, and sync your products. If you could contact us and give me more information on where you fell into these issues, it'd be great to fix these gaps in our flow. Since your account is connected and running properly, I was unable to pinpoint any existing issues and it looks like your account was connected, up, and running within 48 hours. Un peu compliqué au départ avec les références GTIN ou MPN mais une fois tout bien assimilé comment rentrer les références tout se passe très bien.. Les fiches produits sont validées quasiment instantanément et référencées dans le moteur de recherche Google.

Easy to use and great instructions

L'application Google & YouTube sur Shopify est vraiment excellente pour connecter et synchroniser facilement notre boutique avec les plateformes Google et YouTube. Elle simplifie grandement la gestion et la visibilité de nos produits en ligne. Cependant, lorsqu' il y a des erreurs, les notifications manquent parfois de précision, et il peut être difficile de trouver rapidement la source exacte du problème. Cela prend parfois du temps, ce qui pourrait être amélioré Malgré tout, c'est une application géniale et très utile. pour toute boutique Shopify cherchant à étendre sa présence en ligne !

Works fine and easy. could be improved with bulk edites all by a group not per single item. i mean, add age cat. for 7k products xD but all other things, pretty good so far.

Simple et efficace

The application's functionality appears to vary from time to time. Standard events are fickle (sometimes coming close to reality and sometimes having no relationship). This new privacy policy greatly hampered event tracking (tag manager) and campaign conversions. Even by perfectly configuring this new customized web pixel, it is not possible to correctly capture the purchase event as there are payment methods that do not redirect to the thank you page (such as pix and bank slip). The merchant center and analytics work normally, however the tag manager and Google ads leave something to be desired in data capture. In part, the problem is also the fault of Shopify itself, which makes unnecessary advances and ignores merchants' main issues. Like these new checkout guidelines. Unfortunately, our hands are tied now (technological limitations). I hope Google and Shopify can improve this situation as soon as possible.

Very useful app if you want to connect your product to Google Directly, really recommend using this app, very useful and help you stay organized with your Product.
