My products have a lot of customization options. This app is easy to use and works great. Their settings options are great but I wanted something special, not included in those. I contacted the team, through Helen, and they kindly accepted the challenge and directly implemented the change in my shop, in less than 24 hours. Amazing!

The application has complete functions and the customer service responds quickly. The service is good and recommended.

We just began using this app several months agon when we launched our 2nd site and are most impressed in the app and the support. There was a minor conflict between this app and another app but they did quickly find and fix the issue, and we will soon add this app to our original site too. User friendly app

I installed Globo Product Options, Variant because I wanted to offer a customizable version of my product and Shopify limited me to 100 variants. Once I installed the app, it was easy to use and navigate, and I was able to set up my first variant quickly and connect it to my product. I did, however, run into an issue where the app wasn't showing on the product page, so I contacted support and Helen responded quickly, fixing my problem almost immediately. She then went above and beyond and updated the colors/fonts to match my theme. I'm impressed by the app, but the customer service is truly what makes this remarkable. Helen is amazing and I'm very grateful for her quick reply, professionalism, friendly demeanor, and knowledge. I highly recommend this app.

無料プランは良いです。プレミアムプランではオプションで価格設定できるのですが、そちらは価格設定すると勝手にそのオプションの商品ページを作ります。そこまではよかったのですが、Googleマーチャントセンターに今まで登録できていた商品が１０００以上不承認となってしまいました。 価格設定オプションのものはURLリンクも別で生成されるようでそれがうまくGoogleマーチャントセンターに読み込まれず、「Missing value link」となってしまい、それに気づくまではおかげで売り上げがかなり下がりました。 結局サポートに問い合わせても対応なく、プレミアムプランは解約しました。無料プランで使わせてもらっています。 エンジニアさん、プレミアムプラン改善してもらえると助かります。 Free plan is good. But there was a problem with premium plan with optional price set. When you set the optional price, it create option product page automatically, which is still ok. It also seem create new URL link for each option set, which had a trouble connecting to Google Merchant Center. My products became disapproved more than 1000 pieces because of this. I cancelled the premium plan and use as free plan. It could be nice if they can fix this problem. I asked the help center but they didn't solve this problem.
