As a new user of the Globo Product Options app, my experience has been great so far. The app is user-friendly. I've also reached out for an adjustment and Helen from the support team responded almost immediately and fixed it quickly, greatly enhancing my overall experience with the app.

Overall great app i am excited to have it to my shop, help support was also super prompt and did help me solve some issues i encountered.

Customer support response is great

So fast and accommodating. in 5 minutes, my custom design request was added as a custom .css. Helped speed up the process of digging through code to pinpoint it. Love these guys, they have a great product.

I needed a way to allow customers to enter information for personalized products and add on products and no matter what I did it wasn’t showing the way I wanted it to. It would have confused my customers how it was. I almost gave up until I contacted globo’s support team to see if it could be done and they helped me right away! They fixed the issue I was having and helped me make the site how I wanted. Would definitely recommend this app!

The app works efficiently. I like the possibility to link custom option sets to collections. Quick assistance too.

It takes a minute to figure it all out, but it's worth it. The customization is fabulous and it allows me to offer a wide variety of flexibility to my customers with custom products. I also love the ability to hide or reveal options based on conditions selected by the customer. Good stuff!!

Very very good. I have used MULTIPLE, MULTIPLE apps and Globo is, without question, the best one with the best functionality and easiest to use. Rosie, my support rep, did an OUTSTANDING job as well. I will continue to use Globo for a long time to come.
