The app is very easy to use, and the customer support is extremely fast and friendly. I'm very satisfied!

We've been using the Globo app for variants for about 8 months and it's been the best decision. It's made packing orders for the team significantly more efficient (we were previously sending separate invoices for add ons after the order was placed). From a developer stand point, the team is extremely helpful and responsive and has done an excellent job supporting me with getting the team's requests live!

We've used the Globo Product Options for my other sites, and recently installed on a new site. The app is very easy to use and there are sufficient documents to help setting up. The support is also good, although I started with the free version, they are always willing to help and provide the support. Helen is particularly helpful! Great app with great support.

Great service from Helen today, especially during their Lunar Holiday period. She put forward a solution I didn't think of. This product is proving to be very powerful.

Live Chat doesnt work. Store breaks often because of this app. Formatting is a PAIN in the BUTT to do and takes DAYS to complete. No automatic "out of stock" disclaimer and customers can add it to their order, but then get an error when trying to check out with no description, thus you lose tons of sales. Pain and waste of time trying to add new variants and manually get the thumbnails uploaded for each color STAY AWAY!

I am extremely happy with this app! Helen helped me within seconds, even though it was during the Lunar New Year holiday. Her support was quick and efficient, and the app works perfectly for my store. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to customize their Shopify store!
