customers support would solve issue, week later still nothing done. i understand sometimes delay but just forgetting someone's issue is no service.

I downloaded the app, very easy with the assistant of tutorials and printed information. The app has meet a requirement for our store and very happy with the new custom fields. Thanks to Helen and the support team for providing information on exporting limitations, however a solution and recommendation to another 3rd party via another of shopifys partners has also helped with data migration. The partnership of these additional vendors really does make working on your own store so much easier, particularly when I am very non techincal. This is one of the greatest apps available on Shopify. We've been using it for more than a year now. Great for business with customisable products. Shoutout to Globo support for assistance, super prompt with handling issues!

I want to extend a big thank you to the Globo app and especially to Helen from support, who promptly assisted me when I was in need. We encountered an issue with the appearance of our cart, where the configuration was overlapping with the quantity of products. Their technicians promptly resolved the entire situation for us; all they needed was access. They respond lightning-fast. They also helped us with translating the app into all our languages. Ik gebruik Globo nu al bijna een jaar en het is echt een hele fijn app met super service. Helaas ondervindt ik nu wel problemen met de combinatie van Globo Product Options & Globo Color Swatch waardoor de knoppen van de ene app invloed hebben op de andere app. Dit is iets waar Globo mee bezig is en ik hoop dat ze hier heel snel een oplossing voor hebben gezien ik eigenlijk niet zonder beide apps kan. Zeker een aanrader!

As a new user of the Globo Product Options app, my experience has been great so far. The app is user-friendly. I've also reached out for an adjustment and Helen from the support team responded almost immediately and fixed it quickly, greatly enhancing my overall experience with the app.

Customer support response is great

So fast and accommodating. in 5 minutes, my custom design request was added as a custom .css. Helped speed up the process of digging through code to pinpoint it. Love these guys, they have a great product.
