Great experience with Customer service with Eric. I had a specific issue and the team replied promptly with steps to try to help, not only that, in the same message offered an alternative contact solution if the steps didn't work, this eliminates an extra message going back and forth and waiting for a reply. We use this App that our costumers can customize there clothes, everything is easy to understand and you have a lot of options you can build in. We had some problems in the beginning, but Eric and the Team responded always very quick and fixed it how we wanted it. Overall a very good App that will help create unique products!

This is a great free app. Some of the FAQ documentation is not helpful as they are missing key parts of information - eventually though you can figure it out as you go. Unfortunately there is no option to change the SKU based on the customer selections which is a massive point for us. Also no option to change weight based on selections. Support replied very quickly to any queries I had. It is outstanding what you are receiving for free if you can work around the above.

The app is really great and I can´t believe that it´s free. You have the option for price add-on and everything else. Especially, the support is amazing. All my problems was fixed immediately. I can recommend this app.

This app offers exactly what I am looking for - multiple options for each product, delivery date & time selector, a space for customer to write their message card etc. Although there were quite a number of bugs here there, but Eric was really helpful and solved the problems in a short time. Great job to the team!

I loved this app. Unfortunately I had to uninstall because it is not compatible with the Store Pickup and Delivery app, because both of the apps will add addition information to an order.

1. No conditional logic. Settings that are shown here (https://globosoftware.net/kb/create-conditional-logic-options/) do not exist for me . - problem solved 2. I cannot add a decimal place to the prices. Whole numbers only. - problem solved Update: Great support. Unfortunately, decimal numbers only in Mozilla browser.

This app is really helpful for creating complex variants and differents options + it's for free. The interface is easy to use. Thank you very much to Eric and his team for a very quick response. The developers provide their customers such a great service.

Just a heads up that the app seems to have a bug with the Simple theme where the checkout button won't work when you select an option that adds an upcharge to the item. That said, I sent an email to the developers and Eric was extremely responsive both in terms of how quickly he responded and how detailed and helpful he was. Eric and his team got the issue fixed within the hour and he also created a video showing me how another app from a different company was causing an issue on my site I wasn't aware of. Talk about great customer service! Overall I highly recommend the app. It does what it says and does so cleanly. Eric provided the best support I've ever received from any Shopify app to date.

Very helpful app, very helpful service! I'm doing a pokebowl complex variant website, and Eric and his team have been so helpful. Still working on some "limitations", but all things considered, I'd rather work around the capabilities (limitations) of this app because the other options had a lot more compromises.

I'm amazed at the flexibility and options this app has. It can do everything I needed, allow customers to build their own unique yogurt cup or an acai bowl with an endless amount of options and combos. Their support is also very responsive, they helped me fix a minor conflict issue within 2 days. On top of that, it's free! I'm just so impressed with this app, I didn't see anything that paid ones could do for my store that this one couldn't. Great job Globo and thank you!

Amazing app! Best for all types of custom product fields and options. I use it for collecting personalization on my orders. The customer support team is also very helpful and responsive.

Took a little bit to get a response, but once I did Eric helped correct my problem, which was my error, and I am off. Very straightforward app to use to add customizable options to your products.

This app works great and the team offer fantastic support. They resolved all the issues I had with the app and now it works flawlessly. I would recommend this app if you need more options. I have used a paid app before however this works just as good and is free.

I downloaded this app to give my customers more options. I had some problems because with my cart add ons & also the add on price did not worked how I wanted it to work. Also the picture upload did not worked which was really frustrating for me. I emailed globo and immediatley received help from Eric. He supported and resolved every issue I had in a really fast time. Eric you really made my week - so happy that everything works so nicely. I can highly recommend this app - you have so much options and add ons which you can use. And also the design and how you can create them is so easy to understand. Again BIG thank you to Eric and the developers :-)

I downloaded this app to help with the different add on features I have for my products. I encountered a small issue where the add-on prices were not reflecting at checkout. I then reached out to support and Eric was AMAZING. He completely resolved the issue in a very short period of time! Now the features of this app work great!
