I like the app and had some requests for a few modifications to the app to make it work well for what I needed. The tech team took my requests and delivered. Now it works exactly the way I want and I am very happy with it.

This app is exactly what I needed to be my customers be able to customize their orders. The customer service is impeccable, I had an issue with integration and Emma was wonderful at getting back to me. She helped fix the issue in no time. Wonderful app and team all around!

Does exactly what I need it to do and really easy to set up how I wanted. Support is also fast and responsive, especially for a free app.

Great product options but sadly no inventory for each customisable bit so if for example one of something is limited you cannot provide an inventory. I only found this out once I’d uploaded tons of products options. Disappointing. Plus the customer support didn’t seem to help Me and gave me answers in “liquid” format. I’ve ended up deleting most of the option sets I had created. Plus it took me ages to work out how to get started as the walk through screen grabs are not easy to follow.

Epic app, I had been looking for something like this for years and boom there it is...also the support to fix a bug on my site was super quick and painless...brilliant.

We have been using this app since we joined Shopify, for about 2 months. We have created and are using over 20 distinct Option Sets. We were impressed with the app, at first. However, we have needed to contact Tech Support about 5 times regarding different issues that caused Product pages not to work. It generally takes about 2 - 4 days for Tech Support to respond and declare the issue corrected. However, these page errors go unnoticed until a customer makes us aware of an issue and by that point we have no clear idea how many potential sales have been lost. Our most recent issue was identified directly by Shopify. We are now at a point where we may need to remove this app and consider other apps that have more users.

This is a wonderful app. Excepcional support with fast answer. Good work teams! I recommend this appp without any doubt!

Molto semplice da utilizzare, l'assistenza ha risolto il nostro problema in brevissimo tempo. Perfetta sia nella configurazione che nelle impostazioni. L'ideale sarebbe che l'app permettesse di inserire prezzi differenti per le varie quantità di prodotti, per vendita da grossista. Comunque 5 stelle sicuramente.

I can't believe this app is for free! Works flawlessly and customer service is so speedy in case you run into any issues with it -- I submitted a help request late on Friday and it was fixed Monday! The ability to add personalised product options to my products has seriously elevated my brand. I couldn't be happier with this little app!!

This app is absolutely fantastic! It provides very easily configurable elements that allow you to create custom product pages with very customizable flows - exactly what I needed! Also easily allows you to overcome the 100 variation limit.

They solved my issue with 3 days they are very helpful i love this app it help to save 18$ very months

I absolutely love this app, it has worked to do exactly what I needed and made customizing my options incredibly easy. Even if you do run across a bug in the options like I did, they are super quick to fix it!
