The Giftship app has really worked for my site. The multiple shipping option is making it much easier for our customers to order. More importantly, I had an issue with the Datepicker section of the app and the support team was awesome in resolving the issue quickly and communication throughout the process.

incredible customer service! I needed a small tweak and they responded very quickly and were helpful. I am using this for a gift basket website so the gift givers can send gifts to multiple addresses in one cart.

This app is very helpful for our customers to send their gift items to multiple addresses. In addition, their support team was very helpful and fast in fixing an issue we were experiencing.

Quality app that is great for enabling an easy gifting option for customers. Kevin provided A grade support with getting it set up perfectly for us.

I got this app for my chocolate business to ship to multiple address in one order, to add gift notes and a feature where the customer can choose when they want the gift to be received. This helps with Holiday orders when folks like to plan and purchase ahead. It's a great design, easy to set up and the customer service is excellent. It's an intuitive feature and worth the cost.

GiftShip app provided the features we needed: multi-address shipping, gift messages, delivery date picker etc. It has plenty of options to configure the look and feel of the cart and user experience. The best part is their support! Kevin promptly helped us with the tweaks and mods we asked for. Highly recommended!

Once again, these guys came through to help us out of a sticky situation. Been using the app since Oct. and have not had any problems. Highly recommended.

UPDATE: I've adjusted my 1 star review, as after posting Tim & Kevin fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. Here's to happily shipping to multiple addresses again. I loved this app. Support was initially great, and there is no doubt it has boosted sales. However we have had an issue with this app since the middle of May 2020, where whenever a customer tries to enter an address the app just freezes, with the dreaded constant spinning 'wait' wheel. I contacted Pix on the 20 May. Nothing. On the 27th May. No response. Mid June, no response, again on 4th July through every support channel i could, in frustration. Still nothing. This is a great app, but unuseable for us as the support has become so poor. I'm giving it a week, then uninstalling. It's a real shame and so so frustrating. When an app is this useful, the support needs to match it, which it did in the beginning. I'm wondering whether this is a classic case of give good tech support at the outset to get excellent reviews, and then abandomnolder accounts to their fate. Real shame.

Great app with very user friendly interface. It is not easy to make custom changes from your own css but the support team are lightening fast at replying and implementing changes. Brilliant app, brilliant customer service.

We've constantly gotten request from buyers over the past few months to implement a way to send care packages to multiple addresses. This was an easy and very cost effective solution! We have some complicated code on our theme and Kevin was incredibly helpful in ensuring the app not only worked properly, but plugged into our theme in a clean way. Really excited for our customers to start using this!

I haven't found anything like this app! As a flower shop, I needed the ability to attach gift messages to orders and be able to have customers select a specific delivery date. So far it has worked amazingly! The person who helped me was extremely helpful and was able to respond quickly to the edits I needed to make! The only bummer is that I wish we had the option to allow the messaging feature only to apply to certain products. It currently applies to all our products in our online store. The other feature I wish it had was to be able to create custom calendars for specific products. There is only one calendar that you build and it applies to all your products- so, for example, I would like flowers to have a Monday-Friday availability in the calendar, and our loaves of bread Tuesday-Saturday; this currently isn't possible, but needs to be hired out to build code to work this out. Other than those things, we love this app! Its been working great, and great communication with the gift ship team. We went back for some additional help in June and Kevin couldn't have been more helpful. We really appreciate it.

This is the only app we could find that would do what we needed. More importantly, however, are the guys behind the scenes! When it comes to any issues or troubleshooting, configuring specific needs, etc., they have been amazing to work with. I worked with both Kevin and Tim, and they're quick to reply, gracious, patient, and get it done! Easiest 5 star review.

App works very well for shipping multiple items to different addresses. All support questions were answered quickly and in particular Kevin helped to add a feature that really improved the functionality for our website.
