Our experience with Gift Ship has been so good! The team has gone out of their way to offer support and training for our team as we learn to navigate the app. They are quick to respond and very helpful!

I really want to like this app as it offers what I need for my business. However, the lack of urgency in support has got me to rate this only 3 stars. I had to turn off ads and I'm losing revenue until they work out bugs in their system. They know how critical it is to me and yet I do not feel they take it a priority. Most really good app offer a support chat where things can get done quickly. With this app, they do not offer this. Your at the mercy of a different timezone and days to resolve critical issues. I am interested in wholesale app they offer but if it's the same level of sub par support, I'll most likely pass all together and fin another app that gives better support. Also, this app archives multiple address orders meaning its counting revenue twice when it should not, which gives false analytics for my business. The solution they offered was to disable auto archiving orders. But when I do this, the main order is a hot mess with a bunch of code to decider just to find gift message. Also, Customer facing with this solution is not ideal either as again, the coding takes over the order page. It's close to being a phenomenal app, but the lack of support and bugs in their prevents them from being Great.

I've been super pleased with this app. I appreciate all of the features jam packed into this single app - I feel that I am getting a value for my money. My favorite feature is the build-a-box, which, simply put, makes buying more product easier for my customers. When I have had to reach out to support, response time has been prompt and issues resolved quickly and easily. It's a fantastic, do-it-all gifting app.

Giftship is a great app that provides a wide range of valuable gifting features. Notably, the support team has consistently gone above and beyond to assist us whenever we've faced compatibility problems with other applications. Their assistance has proven invaluable in resolving any hurdles we've encountered.

We used Multiship for over a year, and recently stepped over on Giftshop to use even more features. Whereas most features are very self-explanatory, the service team is always super fast and helpful whenever I can't get things figured out myself. Big thumbs up for an excellent service.

Fantastic app and a great support team. Tom and Zac have worked tirelessly to customise the app to meet our business needs - even organising a zoom meeting at a moments notice to talk through functionality. Fantastic date picker and gift message options that means we’ve completely moved away from our legacy ‘cart notes’ model which presented its fair share of customer friction. Alright, let me break down my full experience with GiftShip. I first came across this app 1 year ago, and I implemented it on my website. I knew exactly what I wanted, but back then they did not have it all the capabilities, and I ended up leaving. We just recently came back to GiftShip, and the difference in capability, workflow, and a huge improvement in UX has been tremendous. Picking any paid service is like picking a partner in business, and we are very careful with that. We try to pick wisely. Now, congratulations to the team on the massive growth, and major improvements in the platform. And also for Tim, for being an awesome Merchant Support filled with wise coding knowledge and fast turnaround. The company is lucky to have you!

I wish every app developer was as responsive, prompt, and helpful as Giftship's team! Stella, Mateo, and Tim helped me work through several issues specific to making the app work for my needs. They even helped adjust the text alignment to match my product pages better, along with the padding around their app's added text on my product pages, creating a much more built-in, custom appearance. In regards to the functionality itself, it's flawless. I changed text fields and prompts within the "Manage Translations" portion of the back-end of the app to make it really work well with my store. And, I love that it splits the gifts into separate orders, which pull perfectly into ShipStation. While it may not be the least expensive app out there, it's worth every dollar!

We are big fans of their app, but even more impressed with the customer service. They fix any issues at lightning speed. The team is a joy to work with, too.

We have been using Giftship for our multi-address shipments, upsells, variant options and now the bundle builder and are very satisfied that an app is capable of doing so much to make our process smooth for our customers. Additionally, the support team is fantastic. Every time we have a question or hit an issue (we are not tech savvy here so that's us!) the support team is helpful, kind and helps with a sense of urgency. All in all very happy with this app and the backend support!
