I'm extremely satisfied with Orbe! This app resolved all our issues with geolocating our customers to the appropriate localized experiences. We use Global-e Native on Shopify, and the integration with Orbe has been fantastic, significantly enhancing our internationalization strategy and user experience.

Definitely the best Shopify Geolocation app. We highly recommend this app. Its Klaviyo integration helps to improve customer segmentation. The app embed block inside the theme editor includes several customisation options, which makes it easy to match the app widget with our store branding. The option to blur out pricing unless the customer selects the shipping destination is a crucial feature for us since we have set different prices for certain products based on their country. This feature should prevent customer tickets regarding different prices for the same product on our store.

I find it necessary to share a balanced perspective with a 2-star rating for this app. While its setup is user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and supported by a responsive team, we encountered a significant issue impacting some international customers, notably in Canada and the UK. These users experienced continuous page reloads on our site, rendering the store inoperable. Despite our efforts and those of the support team, who were unable to replicate the problem, a customer-provided video highlighted the faulty behavior of the site. Deactivating the app resolved the issue, as confirmed by the affected customer. Regrettably, this glitch has had repercussions on our Klaviyo campaigns and overall sales. I advise those considering this app to be vigilant and actively seek customer feedback to identify and address similar issues quickly.

We selected Orbe app because it is a cost-effective solution for user redirects and geolocation on multi-instance stores. It saved us time and money since there was no need to develop a custom solution. Fantastic support getting us up and running. App works perfectly for our requirements.

We've been using Orbe for some time now and highly rate the solution. Not only is the product very strong but their customer service is another level.
