Great customer service when requesting some changes to the design / layouts, overall a really good app with backup support.

Just installed and it seems really powerful for a multi store environment such as ours. Getting redirection right has been a loosing battle for us for a long time but this app looks to handle this very elegantly. The support has been quick and first class. Early days but so far to good.

Our business has 3 stores each connected to a different warehouse in different countries, and Orbe solved our problem of how to link them all together for a unified customer experience. We use their pop up, dropdown menu, and hreflang tools. Their customer support is also excellent - extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great App. We have tried every other geolocation app on Shopify. Orbe is definitely winner.

We have Shopify Plus with 2 stores serving different regions, and we needed a solution to be able to redirect the visitor based on their location to 2 different domains. We have subscribed to the Plus version of Orbe, and the experience has been excellent. The installation, documentation, and support from the Orbe team are top-notch. I recommend it not only to Plus merchants but to any merchant selling in different markets with Shopify markets. It's a must-have!

A great app and absolute must if you use multiple shopify stores for your brand. It solved the issue of users entering stores in the wrong market and redirects them to the correct one. Fantastic app that solves an important problem in a simple way. The Orbe product is using best practices with Shopify Markets, making it easy for global brands to improve their user experience. Highly recommend.

We have 4 stores serving markets in the UK, USA/Canada, EU and Australia/NZ. We could see from our analytics and Google search results that customers were finding their way onto the wrong store for their territory and were abandoning their cart because the store they were on did not ship to them. We have a complex set up as one site (EU) is multilingual and after much research of alternatives, settled on the Orbe Plus plan. The app is easy to set up, functions perfectly, is customisable and has fixed our geolocation issues. But where they really stand out is the top notch level of customer service and attention. Luis and Roberto really know their stuff, are 100% attentive and responsive and willing to go that extra mile, including on matters not directly related to Orbe’s remit. For the improved functionality and avoidance confusion for our customers, the Orbe Plus plan is worth every cent.
