Update: I'm working on this again 1 year later and still having similar issues. The platform is slow to load and support are not online during European business hours. App is good but support are rarely online, or at least not online during our normal business hours in the UK. So we send report requests then do not hear back for hours. With other apps at this price and of a similar nature there is always some support around to help.

Gempages has been a perfect for my Shopify store! The app is easy to use and offers so many customization options that my store now looks amazing and unique. The interface is really user-friendly, letting me create stunning, high-converting pages without needing to know any coding. The support team is absolutely awesome. They're always quick to respond and super helpful with any technical questions I have. Huge shoutout to Justin and Ken—he helped me out multiple times and always goes above and beyond. I am not a happy customer they expect you to know the system and it's practically impossible to get support I think we dealing with multiple people at the same time it takes for ever to answer you

This is by far the best pagebuilder that you can get. Their support is really helpfull and always friendly and quick. I've had some problems and they provided me with custom codes to fix the issue. Would recommend this pagebuilder to everyone!
