I have not started the app yet, I was very impressed with what I saw and how I could transform my pages with relative ease, but I had some initial question so I went to the chat feature. Initially it came back with the message that I would get a reply in a few hours...HOURS? I began to read some information on the page and Pauline came within MINUTES...Phew! Pauline answered my questions, gave me some links I could follow and assured me that they would always be available for assistance as well to walk us through an issue. I needed help with an issue. They answered me very quick and were very helpful and patience. The app is easy to use and if you need help they are helping you in any case.

Clean and very easy to use.

First of all, the free version of the custom font family upload doesn't work. And the free version doesn't have an auto-save turn-off option. The maximum time auto-save option doesn't work properly and removes the completed design after reloading the page. We used gempages for our maximum stores, but recently their poor quality free plan features forced us to move to another pagebuilder. If they don't change these things they will lose a lot of customers very soon!

I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to do everything with this app, but it actually allowed me to achieve all the shapes and motions I wanted. I was also worried that I would have to rebuild everything from scratch if I changed the store, but they let you export the page, which is fantastic and saves a lot of time. This is the best app I've ever seen, with the best live chat support ever. Highly recommend it!

This app takes a tiny bit to catch the hang of, however, once you do, its game over. You can literally do anything with it, 10X better and more options than creating in the basic shopify themes. If you want your site to be able to reflect the feel of your brand, this is the web builder to use, I've used multiple and this one is far better than the rest. Highly recommend starting out with the middle of the road option so you get access to live chat support, unbelievably helpful. I was stuck waiting on coders and designers to help me do something on my site but with this web builder and their quick support response times I can just do it myself, implement and launch in minutes.

i really like gem pages app as there's bench of amazing features that will help you increase your conversion rate such as the ability to create beautiful landing pages and the thing that i like the most is the customer service performance the agent working in there helped me fix all the issues and bugs that I've faced so far and i would like to thank Morgen that helped me install clarity on Gempages and track all the customers movement .

I've used a lot of page editors (like 4-5) but GemPages is my favourite. Even tho I'm not the best site builder, I've been able to create somewhat beatuful site :) I mean you can always improove right. And when ever I needed any help their support was always here for me even a 2AM. Which is much appriciated. The team is absolutely lovely especially Rachel and Tom!
