I am addicted to Gem Pages! They always make my Shopify product pages look so much more professional. And on top of that, their support is superb! I've run into little snags that I just could not figure out, and have reached out to them several times. Each time, they figured out my error and helped me fix it right away. I definitely recommend Gem Pages!

I am on the paid version, so far it is user-friendly and there's always support after hours ( I think their support is based in the Philippines) The best time to reach them for support is nighttime in the USA. My biggest issue is when they are supposed to be saved, there were a few times it didn't and I had to back track and waste more time. I'm not sure when this happens but I've had to hit Save every time I made a small change while working on the page to avoid it from happening again. I would love to love this app. Will change this if support can reach out and give me an explanation.

GemPages Builder is super easy to use with its drag-and-drop interface, making store design a breeze. The support team is fantastic and always ready to help. It's a great value for anyone looking to make their Shopify store stand out.

The support crew has honestly been the best app help I've ever gotten. :) They were quick and incredibly knowledgable. I feel that most support help has tiers of people you deal with and I spend a good 15-30 minutes explaining to the problem to someone who most likely doesn't know how to fix it but is just relaying to another person. 5/5 for this app!

gempages is good, however you can't translate pages without paying a lot of money. Gempages should find a solution for this.....

Absolutely fantastic support. I've reached out for a few design and function changes and they respond very quickly and have delivered exactly what I need everytime.

Not easy to use, layout changes constantly when switching from mobile to PC format

Well, I am a newbie to all of this and still in learning phase, but enjoying all of it and having a blast. I REALLY appreciated the assistance I received from Mona today! Give him a raise! He was very patient and went above and beyond to make sure my questions and concerns were answered and understood. So far, I am loving gempages. Cheers

Gempage is great for building pages and everything is easy to use. Good CS as well.

i would definetly recommend it to anybody because its easy to build dynmaic good looking websites with it in a short period of time. Also the integrations are amazing. But what is the best of it is the support of gem pages when something is not working or needs to be clarified. I would rate everything with 5 out of 5 stars. Thanks a lot! Looking forward to work with gempages the next years to come
