Fantastic app with an evergrowing list of elements and sections. We've tried 2/3 others and GemPages is hands down the best one. Fast page loads, expert customer service, and very easy user interface! Highly recommend Gempages!

We've used Gempages for years now. It takes a little bit of getting used to how everything works together but once you do it makes everything flow and look great. Even if you have problems they get back to you super quickly with resolutions and guidance on fixing it (even if it's your own fault for causing the problem).

The Free version lacks a lot of features, the paywall bias is significant but understandable, however even the cheapest subscription offers so much value and the tools are far better than any I've come across so far. The support may have some delays in acknowledging fast due to time zone issues, however once they begin helping they get the job done with utmost efficiency.

Amazing app, it's a bit difficult at the beggining but then it's easy once you learn how to use it. Their customer service is also very helpful.

the app slow down the website performance, and the worst thing is the the support team, firstly, they reply late, at this moment of this message, they didn't replied to message sent 3 days ago.... all thing is bad, nothing good. if i was able to rate you with no stars i would do it. very bad !!

Updated review. I ultimately got a refund, rightfully, because I uninstalled the application days before the billing cycle and i got billed "accidentally" as I was told. Never the less support was better.

I looked for a long time for something to replace Elementor that I used with Wordpress and Woocommerce. Then I found GemPages, looked similar BUT the online chat help is simply out of this world! I upgraded to Build so now they can help me with even more tasks!

GemPages is fantastic. It made it simple for me to create my Shopify homepage using the drag-and-drop page builder, which makes generating web pages with a polished appearance a snap. It has a ton of awesome pre-made templates that you may edit to suit your requirements. But their customer service crew is very fantastic. They were quite helpful and helped me through all the problems I had as a novice. I had a ton of customizing I wanted to perform, so with their help, I was able to have my personalized website up and operating successfully in only a few days. Overall, I am really happy with their assistance and feel compelled to provide this review since it was so good.
