It is very easy to use, and it has a lot more options and potential for creating an amazing looking store. The support staff is also very helpful.

I wanted to try the beta so I asked one of the team members and they were supper helpful about it! Just a wonderful experience overall! Jane from customer service helped me so much within a matter of 30 minutes. Excellent service overall, very pleased; I commend her! Ikram ALSO helped me solve all the problems I had with the beta! She solved it within a matter of minutes and has great people skills! I really commend her please!

I have been working with Gem for a few years and never a problem. Today, I worked with Hugh in support who was awesome. We had an issue with our site that we didn't know for sure it was Gem, but there team hunted down the issue and found that it was probably from another source. In goodwill they fixed it in less that an hour of contacting support.

I think if you just starting out in E commerce , their service is absolutely worth it. You will be able to built websites stress free not only because of a lot of templates , but also because of support team you will have , they available pretty much 24/7 , any problem you will have they can solve it.

I would recommend GemPages Page Builder to anyone who needs to create a page(s) that you can design to help with conversions. The options are many, to many for me but their support is there quickly to help non techie people like me navigate.

Gempage's customer service is a huge reason I love Gempage. They will not only solve Gempage problems for me, but also give me constructive suggestions for other problems. I recommend them.

After Installing I read came across the below text, that pretty much means if you don't pay every month for the life of your store you will have to revert to pre GemPages, there is a long complex coding process you have to dig through to successfully remove it, when I assume your here because you cant code (Feels Very deliberate) "Uninstalling GemPages may lead to your live pages not working properly. Some of the main reasons are missing CSS & JS files, theme changes, or core script updates from the GemPages server. If you want to revert your pages back to the original template from your Shopify theme, follow our instructions for homepages and product pages." I Jumped across to there competitors who have no problems keeping your page functional after canceling membership.

We have been using GemPages for over two years now and it has given us the flexibility to adapt our product pages, blog pages, landing pages and home page to our specific needs and how we have visualized them. Their technical support once an issue developed was excellent, they were helpful and stood there working for us until the problem was fixed. We can't recommend them enough if your looking for a page building tool.

I have yet to come across as prompt and as helpful the tech support ladies at Gempages. Every issue was resolved and promptly followed up on - even with the global time differences involved. If I could give Bella, and especially April, 10 stars I would. This is how tech support should be. Just an update 7 July '23. Spent some time with Ken on support. As usual top notch excellent friendly service. Very pleased.
