After a few months of using the app, I must admit it is way beyond my expectations. Support is there for you for ANYTHING you need. The app is flexible enough for complicated responsive designs. Overall Great app. Fits my needs like a glove. Customer service is fantastic! Like having a shopify expert next to you at all times!

Janie was the only helpful person. Spoke with Chris and he gave me the wrong information which wasted my time. There seems to be a HUGE time difference because I have been up for 2 nights talking to the support staff on the changes that needed to be made. Staff doesn't get back to you until 11pm my time. Thankfully Janie figured out my issues and completed what I needed to have done. Without her, I would have demanded for a refund.

Janie from GemPages is the best customer support ever and the app is the best in the Shopify Marketplace. You can use it immediately and GemPages will help you with any custom code. I high recommend GemPages!

This is the most useful app to have for editing the layout of your shopify store. It is so easy to use and has a lot of tools available. And if you get stuck or need any help at all the support team is so helpful and attentive. They have helped me with all kinds of issues and doubts. Thanks so much to Janie for all her patience with me lol. I`m not an expert in coding so this app has been the best discovery so far. The free trial really gives you an insight of all the great things the app has to offer, I personally choose to pay the advanced version for another month because it`s such a wonderful tool.

This is a great app! I was able to use it immediately without having to read a ton of help guides and materials. It's super easy to use, the interface is very intuitive and the pages it produces are awesome and look professional. I'm using their free version, which is very generous. And I look forward to upgrading to their professional version once I have a need for more pages. I'm so happy I found this!

UPDATE: Changed my rating from 3 starts to 5 stars because Chris finally accommodated me and helped me troubleshoot my issues with the app. Few of our shop's pages are designed using GemPages and they all seem to work really well. Thank you :) I like the app, however, it's the customer support I really hate! I've been trying to ask for help from Christ for almost 2 weeks now, and every time he replies, he would tell me that he's busy with a previous ticket he's received and "will get back to me after", but the problem is I never heard from him again, so I failed to edit my Shopify page in time for our website launch.

Chris was extremely helpful and prompt with his replies when I first started using the app. Even though I was still in the free trial, he took the time to explain things to me and even made up some very helpful screen capture how to videos for me to follow. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who wants to have some control over their template. I can't wait to learn more about this app and really build the professional looking website that I have been longing for.

Shopify is the most powerful eCommerce platform in today's world! However without being a professional developer, it can be very costly and time confusing to get your pages, product pages, and site to look right. Awesome app! I was trying so hard to code to make my page more customized but that was just taking far too much time so I gave in and decided to download GemPages and it was EXACTLY what I needed. Super fast, easy and the customer service is actually pretty great so if you're having a hard time customizing your page and don't like coding, just get the app. You won't regret it! You've got to take this Apps!!!! If I could rate it 10 rating, I will!!!! It's so flexible with its powerful functions, it simply meet every needs of a website designer. Let me talk about here : 1. It allow you to design a wonderful HomePage, no matter what theme you bought (no need to buy any theme to be honest) 2. The product page is really flexible and with their template, you will make whatever you want. 3. The price is not expensive compare what they offer. 4. It's a bit difficult to use at very beginning, however, they have live support, human being, not robot, human!! and they answer really fast, that's insane because they seems know every detail of a website. I feel very luck to meet this App because without it, you need to view and choose all different themes that not fully meet your needs, with this, come on, you can be a great web designer and you could build up really amazing website!!! If you see this review, please consider it, I truly think this is so far the best App in the whole shopify App store!! Update on Feb-9th After one and half months intensely learning and chatting (back and forth), finally our site lunched. During this whole procession,GemPage is helping a lot, especially customer service "Chris"and "Janie", you guys are great people and honesty, and I do feel own you a gift, 'cause compare with what I paid, you guys offers way more than that!!!
