This is the best page builder I've used and the customer service is ah-mazing. I was struggling to set up a functioning form, and Nicholas fix the problem for me and then taught me how to correctly use the form fields in the future :)

I like these guys! Gem pages make your life so much easier and you don't even have to code much. Believe me, I know how to do coding but I don't want to spend so much time doing it while I can work on my actual store. I had a few issues because I didn't know how to use the app but they were so responsive, weekend/weeknights etc. I will continue to use them for my store

I was in doubt, I tried other tools, but GemPages was the best in term of flexibility, outstanding customer service, and variety of editing tools, and the most important it works well with my custom theme. Also if you are looking for a real human support, they master it, and never let you down.

Prior to using this, I tried another drag and drop app that couldn't deliver so I switched over to GemPages given the high reviews. Easily the best choice ever.... very easy learning curve, live chat extremely helpful, beautiful site.. I just wish I hadn't spent a month of a free trial on the other app prior to finding this one... this is beyond excellent and the results are awesome!! Very happy customer!! :)

GemPages is the best builder ever to create a homepage or any pages in your store! I don't see how can make a beautiful shop without this app.

Perfect App to solve all our problems. Although we customized a lot in our theme the customer support helped us to export and import library. Really easy to use tool and amazing design opportunities! Best content creation tool on Shopify for non developers :-)

Had issues with the app at first, but the team where quickly in contact to sort them out!

At first I gave GemPages four stars, because it did many things well, but was still lacking certain capabilities that I want to see in a page builder, such as making popups for pages. After I left them the four star review, and while still communicating with them through the app messenger, they began trying to address every negative thing I mentioned, including their soliciting people to leave them five star reviews. I understand you have to compete in this corporate world, but we also have to be decent people. I think they got the point. I also talked to the developer, Chris, and he and his team are actually working on a popup feature now. I'm actually quite impressed by his team. They have been responsive, provided solutions, and have gone above and beyond really. Even if it is just for one more star, they earned it.
