I've used the builder with my other store and it's great. The support though is even better - the team will sort any frustrating formatting glitch really quickly. Way better and faster than getting a web designer in for me.

I've been using this app for a week now and have completely updated my site with it. The interface is so simple I picked it up in a day or two. I have modified every page on my store with ease and cannot believe I was using another page builder that is touted as the best but falls far short of GemPages. I have required support along the way and I can tell you these guys are #1. They answer every chat promptly and attend to every question. They have also helped me with some HTML code. the app is good, the customer service it's amazing! I like it overall, some bugs might happens but just ask for help at the chat, and they will either fix it for you or provide you assistance, you can fix it yourself, regardless your level of experience

Easy to use page builder that made my store look 1000 times cleaner and more response. You can customize it to make it look exactly how you imagine it and you do not need to pay thousands of dollars for a developer. If you are stuck, their customer service is really helpful as well

If you like to build pages as per your taste, its a must-to-go app. Most important is really responsive support staff. Its Live chat help was proved to be of great help. Special mentions deserves for Ann and Jamie who responded quickly, try to understand my point of view and solved my problems. They even helped me in odd hours in night. So You all need to give it a try.

A true gem! This app really helped build our pages, the dashboard is so easy to use and the options for how to structure a page are almost limitless. Great customer service as well.

UPDATE - after I posted a negative review, a support rep named Janie came to the rescue and was able to fix the problem in 5 minutes. If you are running into an issue, I recommend you ask for her directly in order to save time and sanity. ----- ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE OF AN APP. Spent two whole days working on a page, only to get a red "internal server error" popup when I hit the Publish button. Contacted support thinking this would be fixed, 3 days later I feel like blowing my brains out. The whole conversation is completely absurd, it’s like talking to a prototype robot from the 80’s (except they have a korean idol as their avatar). I think I’m being pranked, it’s the only explanation that makes sense. It doesn’t seem like they are even looking into this bug, so not only did I lose 2 days of work, I also have been losing my mind trying to properly communicate with them, only to get zero help & zero answer as to why this is happening or how to get the friggin page finally published.

5 stars without hesitating ! The customer service is so efficient and happy to help, it is pretty amazing. They helped us many times very kindly.

We used this app to create Sale & Giveaway Landing Pages. The functionality of the app is very straightforward and easily customized. Whenever we had questions about "How to do smth?" a friendly support team quickly replied and even created screen videos to show us how to set up custom fields & etc. We highly recommend using GemPages for your online store!

We've been using GemPages for a few months and this is such a great tool ! super user friendly, with a ton of layout options to build vibrant subpages for the site or as landing pages for campaigns. The only thing missing is the opportunity to create a menu on top of the page, especially if this is to be incorporated into the site.

I have used this app to create lots of ad-hoc pages, landing pages and other types of content. It's a great editor for visual users and can quickly create and mockup pages. The Save and Publish features are great for making changes in advance (save) then can simply Publish later (though being able to schedule these would be advantageous). I would also like to commend the prompt response to my recent issues with the Google Maps and Button. The customer service was great. Very much recommended.

I wanted to wait at least a few days before I added a review. I've used several other page builders and this one is better than all of them. I'm very impressed by the amount of thought that went into this and how easy it is to use!
