Great app! We were able to build most of the features with this editor. Minor things that were not ready yet was assisted by Ann - which we were very happy and appreciative. We will continue to use this app even after the trial!

Please, save yourself a headache and do not use this platform as it is incredibly buggy and unreliable. Chris the owner has been nothing but incredible unprofessional and quite moody, I have screen shots of him insulting me when he finds himself at fault and he fails to be helpful or fix the problems with my site. I have been trying to get my site fixed with them over the past 8 months and still to this day, I am having problems. While they are prompt to reply, Chris, has failed me over and over again. His replies were always the same — "I will fix this for you know" 3 days later, I would have ask again why it wasn't done and his reply would be to remain him of what my issue was. This software is now impacting and hurting my business, as my pages are still broken and their "promises" of fixing my site have no more value as to this moment they continue to under deliver and lie, which is the worst part of all of this. They are very unreliable. After a lot of thought, I have decided to write this review as their word has no value on their fixing promises. I will now have to migrate from this platform onto another that is hopefully a lot more professional than this one. I have screen-shots of my conversations with Chris as proof as well. Save your self the trouble and do not use this platform for big sites.

I really like the service they provide. Great response whenever I ask them for help. Easy to work with, nice design, I can do pretty much everything I need.

Since launching our business we paid others to create and maintain our site. It became costly and didn't look anything what we wanted..So we started to search up on how to fully customise our site with out knowing how to code. Little did we know there was an app available...Gempages! The tools available are the best we have come across, so much creative freedom even for a novice designer we have made an astonishing fashion site which is fully functional and very professional at such a minimal monthly cost. Yes it is a monthly subscription and not a one off payment but we cannot stress how amazing it's worth the cost with the added customer care service they provide. Very fast, super patient online service and they even provide illustrations to help us novice entrepreneurs figure out the problem our selves. Ofcourse if you really cannot deal with figuring it out then do not worry! They can also assist by logging into your web design troubles with ofcourse your permission which they have done for me many times. I trust everything they do and they always find the issue and resolve it. So to summarise, they rock! Super fast and very helpful online help, with an amazing large and growing template platform and fully customisable. You cannot go wrong and it's worth every penny! Thank you Gempages for your awesome app! You made our site!

This is a fantastic app. You truly become a fully coded designer and coder just by dropping and dragging elements and features into your very own pages to create uniqueness to your site. I totally recommend that you at the very least, take up their FREE TRIAL OFFER. Also the customer service is second to none! I had a small issue, which after clicking on 'Live' support was promptly opened and dealt with as I sat at my desk in real time!!!! I used this app to help me design my store, while also learning bit and pieces about HTML and CSS. The support staff in this app is one of the best I should say!

Migrating to Gempages from Shogun was the best decision ever! Shogun was a lot more expensive, the UI was not as easy and fluid to use, and customer support took at least 24 hours to respond. Not only is Gempages more affordable and easier to use, their customer service is exceptional. We always get our questions answered within minutes with their chat option. HUGE plus!

Well, I was always looking for a tool similar to DIVI, and I found it. GemPages is amazing! it's easy and powerful at the same time. The customer support is really helpful especially Tina.

The Gem Pages team have been very helpful so far with every question I have had. The app is great and creates some really lovely looking pages. Hoping for even more features in updates for the future :)

I used this app to build my whole site (www.crazycoloring.com), everything by myself, the app is very easy to use, whenever I have a question about how to use or set up certain function, Gempages replies super quickly and guide me through the steps ! Such a great experience using this app. I'm able to easily make my pages look professional. Customer support is there to answer any questions along the way. Highly recommended.

First of all this app is a great drag and drop. If you have absolutely NO idea what you're doing with code then go for it! This will open doors. If you know ANYTHING about code then I suggest just working on your pages yourself and saving the $30 a month. First, the CSO I talked to recommended I use another app called GemThemes so I can customize my header as I wanted to do. This app is outside shopify but seem to be working fine (so far). The thing is that my product pages keep reverting from the page I designed on this app to the default in the theme. I lost hundreds of dollars in potential revenue due to this which is why I don't recommend getting this. Minus 1 star for that. Second, when I contacted support regarding this, I didn't get a response for at LEAST 1 day. Minus 1 star for that. (I do disclose this was a weekend but OVER 1 day on such an important issue? You be the judge if that's justified). Third, I made a product page to be default for ALL my products. The issue is with the swatches. You can't have any other type of swatches other than the boring text in a box ones. If you want to make say, colours for swatches, you need to make a different page for each one. I wanted to make a different image for different patterns depending on the style. Each of these images are already associated with a variant in shopify so you would think it's an easy thing to do. OF COURSE NOT! The only way to do this is to upload an image of each variant of each product that I want to use and then make each product page seperatly. I HAVE ABOUT 400 PRODUCTS AVERAGING 10 VARIANTS EACH. Do the maths on that one folks! Minus a star for that. All this is within my 10 day trial. If things don't start shaping up I'm certainly not paying for this rubbish. I'll return to update my review to let you know if I kept it so stay turned folks. Fourth! Even after writing this review, Gempages suggested I install a swatch app (my choice of which one) and this doesn't work with them! Bye bye another star! If I was paying for this crap I would uninstall in a heartbeat. Don't even bother with this. PART 2! So even after PAYING for this. They chatted to me for a couple of hours saying they can fix the swatches but didn't. Said they would keep me updated and that was THREE OR FOUR DAYS AGO! You're joking right! PART 3 So after taking to social media (facebook) I finally got a response. So far it has been about 4 days since the swatch issue was attempted to be fixed. I'm leaving 2 stars off because of the 2 extremely long periods between getting any response and 1 just because the swatch issue isn't fixed. They have assisted me to fix the issue of my product pages reverting to my default theme page so I have bumped it up to 2 stars instead of my original 1 star. PART 3 So after discussing the swatch issues, one of the support team gave me a creative solution to improve my product page. This didn't fix the issue but it did help my product page look better. I am told they are working on a release to fix the swatch issue and make this an app wide improvement. I was updated on this the next working day by one of the team. For this I've increase the rating a star to reflect this. However, I have had a customer ask for a refund due to selecting the wrong variant so this issue is beginning to not only affect my prospective orders but orders that have been placed. I included this as a reflection to the importance of having high performing swatches in my store and for other merchants reading this to be able to use this to consider if the same issue would affect them. If it won't, please disregard the comment. PART 4 So the tech team worked on it and made some custom code for my store to make all the "colour" options in the variants display the thumbnails. Would be great if I had the option to do this to other options such as "Stone Colour" variant options as well. I'm sure the update will make this app a must have for everyone though. Keep up the great work GemPages!

Very happy with GemPages support, fixed any issues I had so far, A+ App itself is easy to use. Definitely an improvement to my store!

Gempage is actually really great ! i'm a creative guy although i'm not a technical guy which means the technical aspect of making something can stop me from doing it. But thanks to gempage i was able to put my vision down and make it real. have a look yourself at ghost-audio.com . I most definitely advise it to any one wanting to leverage the look and feel of his website. Plus customer service is great, Cindy fixed my issues really fast, i'm impressed how everything around shopify is working !
