5 stars for a good builder but -2 stars for poor customer relations. Good app, but seems to be under new management and the new management is not very accommodating. I signed up last year and liked the app. But then when doing some construction on the site recently, the app was inadvertently deleted. Well, turns out they have increased pricing since I installed it before and they are not willing to honour the price I was previously paying. Yes, my bad for deleting the app. But also their bad for trying to squeeze me for more money instead of keeping a happy customer happy. So, I am moving to a different builder as I am not eager to work with this team any more since they are not eager to work with me.

I have to admit, at the beginning it was a little difficult to start up the page, but that was only because its so efficiant that you do not need anything else rather than your imagination, to create an amazing webpages. I hightly recommend Gem Pages, only if you have enough creativity , because basically they give you the freedom to do and manipulate your images and info as you desire. Huge applaud to Customer Service crew, they are so kind helpful and most important thing... fast to respond your questions. Thank you so much for help us to build our dreams.

Thank you for creating this great page builder. After moving from woocommerce I need something like visual basics builder and this has been a perfect replacement. I have now purchased the advanced license to use it on 3 of my websites. It is now the tool I will use in the future and I cannot recommend it enough. To be honest I didn't want to write this review because I didn't want my competition to use it but at the same time I wanted others to benefit from it. I look forward to many more updates and the ability to edit footers and headers.

Gempages is always on top of their game. I would always recommend them. The app does what it's supposed to do and the customer services is great.

We've been using the app for 4 months and it's very user friendly. We've used it to create landing pages and better preforming product pages. We have had a few minor issues but their tech support is awesome and always gets it fixed in no time.

The support is quite slow.. hopefully the support line can respond to your issues faster. Can be very confusing to set up as there is much tutorials

Support is just fantastic! Ann and her tech mate James did a great job with a tricky coding problem and solved it quickly. Shopify and GemPages together are just unbeatable when it comes to building an Online-Shop.
