I've been using this app for a year. I am very satisfied with the features, quality and the support. I use this app for customizing the product pages and making the landing pages for promotions. They supports us to make our ideas come true.

We've tried many page creator apps and this one is the most versatile. The learning curve is not too steep to master. Support is amazing.

GemPages is the best app in the app store, hands down. It's super easy to build amazing and high converting pages, and the support staff is able to solve every issue I present them with. 10/10

We have used gempages for the past few years to customize our website and the experience has been fantastic! It's easy to use, even for someone with little to no web design experience, and has allowed us to create the custom site we always wanted! The best part is their customer service is amazing! Anytime we can't figure something out, they are prompt to help and fix our problem, even issues like customizing small parts of the code. I highly recommend this app for the price and help you get from the gempages team!

Update: James is a hero. Always helps fix code problems promptly. A great app that makes building custom pages easier. I'll give it 5 stars but I'll have to settle with 4 stars for now till the redundant features are fixed. You have to make edits to all 4 versions (mobile, desktop, laptop and tablet). There's no way to implement changes on one and apply to all automatically. This makes it a very tedious process.

Staff always goes above and beyond with their solutions, they can even help you with issues you may face in the Shopify theme code

I always look for more to do with my website and want to have lots of freedom and creativity when I edit my website. This app lets me do that perfectly and I prefer it to any website builder out there. They also have very good customer service. Tina was especially helpful in helping me set up and link multiple collection pages. I definitely recommend to anyone who wants the best for their website.

I love this app, I have so much more flexibility with Gempages. I can get inspired from the templates, and can also get creative trying out things on my own. Support was great too since a real person replies and is able to look into the issue right away, this is quite rare. Grat tool :)

Been spending more time in GemPages and EcomSolid than I'd like to admit... Chris, Tina, Cindy, Janie... Have all been wonderfully helpful in constructing the home page and landing page of my dreams. It's a bit of a learning curve (like anything else) but they are there to help you troubleshoot through every step of the way and even have helpful instructional videos!

Like many others have said, the customer service is impeccable! Even if certain features aren't supported (yet), they go out of their way to get it done for you so you can have your site behave and look exactly how you want. But outside of some small features lacking, I would say this app is extremely easy to use in terms of building any webpage you'd like!

Nothing is perfect, still have a lot to improve and they are improving!!!!!!! Customer service is second to non. Just got my problem solved by a lovely lady Nichole and she is a real problem solver with tons of patience. surely 5 star
