This app and support team is by far the best I've used on Shopify. Gempages allows me to completely customize inner Shopify pages to my client's specific needs - and if something isn't working properly, the GemPages team is incredible at helping me get it fixed through their chat system. I could give this app 10 stars if I could. Not just because it is super easy to use and I can build exactly what I want, but because the customer service is unbeatable. They are extremely responsive and any help that you need they will do. Get this app if you aren't a coder but you know what you want to design!

This app is amazing, but even more so the people who make it. They're always listening to feedback and adding new features regularly. I actually needed a sticky button (which isn't a feature at the time of writing this) and support was so nice as to code it for me from scratch! They even made it into and element that I can reuse. Gempages is already the best landing page builder on Shopify, and it's getting better by the day. Thanks to all the team!

Truly one of the best shopify apps that I came across. I'm no designer nor developer but Gempages helped me to build the store that I envisioned just within a matter of days! Great customer service. They helped me a couple of times with issues I got. Also they respond very fast on live chat. I would highly recommend it.

Not everything works perfectly from the beginning and you have to adjust a dozen times until it's perfect (e.g. spaces or the transition from desktop to mobile version) but the support is great! Always kind and very helpful. I guess in a while when all bugs are fixed it deserves 5 stars ;)

I used the chat function to get help with my page, Liam went on to my site, fixed my page, and told me how to sort out my image size problem. Very good service

The core function is excellent and you're really only limited by your imagination. Support is also very helpful and understanding. I do think there could be more support material, particularly around how Gem Pages works with product pages, sub-pages, themes and Shopify so you're given more of an overview of how everything links together. It's perhaps taken for granted that you know all that so I lost days trying to get to grips with that - hence the loss of a star. Overall, very good and will be using again.

Very nice app, very useful. It has different templates options that are time saving in the design process, that's very valuable. And the support was very attentive and efficient. They jus helped me straight away with the issue in my store. I'd highly recommend this app!

For sure a very complex and smooth experience with GemPages. As a recommandation, i would like to have the possibility to have a preview of a page inside the editor specificaly about desktop version. Because there are some differences between the editor and the preview because of the width. As a solution would be to have the option to close the left row of editor.

I must say the Gem pages customer service providers and tech team work hard to solve customer problems. I come from a non-technical background and I daily need support from the team. They are always for me. I made the right decision about choosing GemPages. Personally thankful for Liam, Cindy, and the tech team for the support
