Excellent customer service and a bunch of possibilities to customize your store. Definitely my choice to design on Shopify. It changed all my perspective about what can I do with this platform!

GemPages had exactly what I needed to add to my website store. When what I wanted exceeded my own ability to design it, I received super helpful support so that I could get it done. For a start-up, this was invaluable!

Im so happy i came across the GemPages app. Ive been able to create pages that i didnt think i would be able to create. I had an issue/bug with my form that i had tried to input and jumped on the live chat feature to see if someone could help and had incredible assistance from Janie. She fixed it straight away for me and was very pleasant to deal with. thank you!

The best page builder app I've used for Shopify. Fairly quick to learn and very flexible compared to other page builders. Great support team, they helped me with tips on editing the CSS within an hour of me requesting help. Only drawback is that there are a few "customizable elements" that have fairly limited customisation settings. Hence, the need to edit the CSS. Over all, worth it compared to other page building apps. Perfect for someone with moderate to high design skills/experience, but limited knowledge of web design.

I'm currently in the build out phase of my store, which I used the Shopify theme to design all of my pages, but something was missing, my site appeared boring and uneventful to me. It was not the way I wanted to present my launch, nor represent my brand. I had seen this app and didn't initially want to pay for the service. So here it is right before a soft launch, with tons of other task to complete, I decided to install the app and check it out for the 7 day trial. I downloaded an app prior to this one for the same intended purpose, but because of the difficulty it presented with my time frame, I felt that it wasn't for me, and uninstalled it. I'm in the process of recreating my Home Page, and my store came alive. It looks professionally done! One of the elements that stuck out to me, and there are many, but the fact that instead of everything being confined to the center of the page with space on both sides was not desirable. My site now spans across the whole page! The generic look is gone!! I must speak of the customer service. I installed this app about 12 am, immediately there was a rep on the chat to assist with any issues that I had during the initial installation as well as to answer any questions with regards to use of the designing modules. I sent a chat later in the morning and they may have been gone, but in a timely fashion, I received an email addressing all of my concerns that I left in the chat. So this evening when I logged in, guess who was there, one of their awesome team members, sending me a request to enter the admin of my site to walk me through some of the questions I asked. I'm not a smoke blower! They really have an awesome product as well as an awesome team! Response time was on point. If your building out a store, I'm sure you know how important response time is especially when revising your entire store:)! I will update my post after launch and update my review as to how everything performs, etc... I read reviews to make a partially informed decision when selecting a product, I hope this one helps you! The tool has a very good intuitive feel out of the gate. Very similar to some of the wordpress theme tools I have used in the past. I quickly figured out where most of the functions sit. We did run into some issues that we really couldn't figure out. The support is phenomenal. I had to wait for late to make up for the time difference but Nicholas was super helpful and very responsive. We made a great decision on this one. Any company that is willing to put in the support makes it all worth it. That is the make it or break it for me! Happy Client here!

If I could give more than 5 starts, I would. The app itself works great and I have been able to accomplish all the design for my website. Thanks to exceptional support!!! They have help me on a number occasion going out of their way to make sure, I could accomplish my tasks. Even adding in CSS code for me.

Fantastic product! I migrated from Wix and am super happy with gempages. They have everythin Wix has PLUS a great support staff!!! highly recommend this to anyone looking to create stunning pages on shopify!

The tool is the best among other similar tools I had tested on Shopify, liked it <3 Almost any thing you want to do you can and if not you can hire a developer. The only downside with testing it the support response time which they promised to improve it. Best, Mohamad Hesham

This app is awesome! It has replaced 5 other apps, the need for an extra "theme" & our need for a separate lead pages account. Plus the support is fast & very helpful. I'm a happy customer:)

Very easy to use with templates and many elements to create a custom page quickly. The pages are responsive also which is great. Can quickly get started using as has an intuitive interface. The dashboard is very helpful to manage pages. I like it very much. Lastly, the support offered is superb and always to the point.

My experience is limited to handwritten HTML & old-school design. Gem-Pages is allowing me to knock together fresh looking new web design in a way that makes sense. the editor is intuitive and gives me access to complex programming solutions. When I have questions about creative functionality that I need to build into my website, I received quality help from text support chat. so far, Gem-Pages is the tool I need to get the job done.

Today i had few problems and Nicholas helped me quickly and resolved all my issues. I was stuck because of simple things that I had not thought about. Now everything is perfect and I am very satisfied with the technical support. Thx again!

Easy drag and drop customizability gave me the ability to create highly professional sub-pages without coding. The great feature set makes for very flexible designs. Moreover, the support offered is fast and friendly. They answered all my queries and went above and beyond in helping me use the app.

I've tried a few page builders and GemPages is by far the best. I started with a purchased template, but meanwhile the complete shop is created from start page to product page with GemPages. You can easily use the app drag and drop and let its creativity run free. The Page Builder is great but the support is extra class. If there was a problem or I had difficulties with the implementation, I was helped one by one with live chat. And they really took their time. Earned 5 stars

Love the prompt response from Chris and Gempages team! Keep up with the good work. Having a flexible page builder is very useful for those who dont have any CSS/HTML basic knowledge. ;)

Le support à la clientèle est excellent ! Je le recommande fortement. PS: même lorsqu'il fait tard il y a un membre prêt à vous aider. Ceux-ci vous accompagnent jusqu'à la réussite. Par exemple j'ai rencontré des problèmes avec les reviews de ma clientèle. Et j'ai eu la chance d'avoir un très bon développeur pour remédier à mon problème grâce à mon abonnement (professionnel). Cela en vaut vraiment la peine. On ne perd pas de temps avec eux ! Ils sont là pour vous !

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING APP! We are able to build out new pages at a snap of our fingers. It's super easy to use, manage and update. They have completely changed the game for us when it comes to adding to our site. We started with the free trial and now are happy loyal customers that are happy to pay to make our lives easier. Customer service is great. Whenever we have a questions they're there to help. :)

GemPages is a brilliant App. Super easy to use, able to create pages and design them exactly how I like. So many options, flexibility and ways to create pages. Absolutely love it. Chris and his team are extremely helpful and have helped me out many times. Highly recommend.
