Once installed and tried (a payed plan) you can't cancel the plan without completely removing the app. Really a pain in the ass to just try it for one or two months in this way. Can't advise anyone to use it.

GemPages is a great App which i would recommend to everyone who wants to create awesome product pages/blogs. Although i had some problems the customer support is just amazing, extremely fast and professional!

Brilliant app. Used it across 5+ stores now and the customer service is always extremely fast and efficient. If you're deciding between Shogun and Gem, go Gem - more than half the price and the app is twice as good (speaking from experience).

We've been using this app for over a year. When we have questions they have been incredibly responsive and solved the issue. Product works great and is very flexible.

Great and abundant design features, easy to use and navigate, but otherwise pretty dysfunctional. Glitches often, isn't easily made compatible in all device versions, therefore making you go through loops to make everything perfect on all devices. Some things will stop working after they've been published for some time, such as buttons and links. Worst part of all: Their support team, or lack thereof. Sometimes emergencies occur and you need immediate assistance, but they are hardly available and generally not helpful. Responses take a long time. Typically if you're running a trafficked website and a problem arrises, you need help pretty quickly. Gem Pages doesn't seem to understand this. This has caused us issues many times. For example, one of our product pages has completely stopped working, which is a huge issue as an e-commerce store. Went to contact support (which is only available through a live chat) and got a message saying that they are on vacation for the next 7 days. You simply cannot operate like this when you're supporting the websites of service providers and e-commerces. Nonetheless, our custom-coded website is near complete and we absolutely cannot wait to never have to deal with Gempages again.

The page builder is really good, if you are not on the beginner level then it is very easy to understand and explains everything very well! I had to get in touch with the costumer service where !Kenny! was extremely helpful, provided all the information i need and even surprised me with additional information that was really great! He replayed me super fast so i will give a 5 star review mainly because his kind help!

No landing page builder is perfect. That's because we all come to them with different levels of expertise. So what's important is to have an excellent support team. And GemPages support is great.

I've been a hardcore Shogun fan until I tried GemPages. This is by far the best page builder I've ever used - even better than Elementor. Highly recommended!
